Andrew in the deli made probably the best sandwich i’ve had in months. Anyone can make a sandwich, he must’ve put extra love into mine because it was absolutely delicious.

Great location and wonderful staff got to watch self check it tryed ripping me off of 3.98 dollars n savings

Safeway can be a little pricey at times but you can't beat their produce department or their meats / fish. I have used their pharmacy over 4years now, they use much better brands then other places. I don't want to give names that carry the cheapest brands and there is a difference.

Love their app that saves me $$

Great service, clean store, awesome deals and too many people which is a super good sign.

Safeway is super cool. Always has what you need and more. All the workers are very friendly as well. (The chicken and potatoes they have are pretty darn good too)

They have a lot of organics and the price are cheaper than whole foods. Employees are nice but everyone has a bad once and awhile. I think this is the best big chain grocery store in town!

I like the way Safeway has their products grouped together. For instance, I was able to find the fancy cheese near the processed cheese. It saved me time from walking around trying to find the fancy blue cheese. They always have the quick checks open- another time saver!

I just wanted to commend Jerry? Gerry? the evening manager on 12/2/21 for his excellent customer service. He was polite, cordial, and accommodating and I appreciate him for recognizing and opportunity to turn a poor experience into an excellent one. Thank you Jerry!

I want to publicly acknowledge the Safeway Pharmacy staff in Napa. Maria Elena Hurtado & Kathy O’Neill have been extremely patient, kind & helpful on my every visit to this Pharmacy

Mary Elena went out of her way to assist me with a Rx transfer & Kathy often jumps out to the register if the line starts to form. Both employees are Stellar 🌟 & deserve to be recognized for their amazing service🙏🙏🙏

I want to add Krista in Customer Service & David at Self-Checkout are also stellar employees - this is a great store

Help for Safeway Safeway is one of the places I shop all the time except for it's a little far away from my house and Lucky's is closer I still prefer to shop at Safeway only because they have 5 of $5 Friday's every week and they're always understanding and kind and they're open 24/7. I'm not a big people person, I don't really like to be out around a whole bunch of people so it's very nice that I can go in there anytime in the middle of the night and go shopping . Plus when I'm shopping I always can find the deals for the next week which I like as well.

What you would expect a grocery store to be. Clean, good selection, fresh items, fairly priced. I was not surprised I have always liked Safeway. Never been to one until I came to the west coast. I actually ended up working at one in Oregon managing the Video Dept in the mid-nineties. Hospitable place.

A very attractive grocery store with many items other similar stores do not have (lactose free and gluten free items, etc.), and a Starbucks store inside. The deli is very good as well.

This Safeway on on Trancus st. I like it. They got a great selection of meats seasoned and non. I always find what I need .unlike Nob Hill Foods who cant even keep there meats stocked but that's another review. If you want to shop and get what you came to get. Then come to Safeway and save some time and a headache

I think this clean, bright store has just about everything you could ask for. And they do home delivery for those ordering online. It's the only store I've found in the area that has quite a few lactose free food items.

All you've come to expect from Safeway. Great selections, friendly staff, clean store and the produce is always fresh. Over time their selection of organic foods has kept increasing. They now offer a reasonable selection of vegan food as well.

Great tellers, I had a tough time with all my coupons but a lovely cashier Annette helped me and made me feel comfortable. P.s . Her hair is always on fleek..I give it two snaps in a z formation........thank you for all the help
