I believe it either the manager or owner went out of his way to help me! They were busy and I asked him if they were out of Sweet Tea w/Lemon and he offered to go check in the back for the Brisk Sweet Tea with Lemon. I was very happy and I bought 5 of them! Thanks again! Their Pepsi distributor was doing a delivery while I was there and even he was super friendly and and welcoming! Just an overall great experience!!!

The cashier who helped me check out was easy to talk to. We talked about how most of the customers that she greets respond to her.

I am frequently in this store very late at night, possibly 1 or 2 am. At that time of day there are no hot dogs for sale. Usually what happens is the manager sells me a couple of hot dogs from out of the refrigerator and I cook them in the microwave. I cook them VERY THOROUGHLY. I have a background in food safety and have worked as a professional safety manager for a number of private corporations. This particular night I could not purchase any hot dogs because they were all Frozen. It was a minor inconvenience but that is the only reason I did not award five stars. Otherwise, the manager and staff keep this door in Tip-Top condition. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I pick up deliveries there quite often here, and tonight I noticed they added one of those debit card reader covers on the card reader . Be careful I don’t want anyone getting scammed or have money mysteriously missing from their account

I gave this place a two star because of its huge variety of items for sale. But I would've gave this place a five star if the workers weren't so rude. My friends and I often go there during lunch to buy snacks. Every time we go, there is always a problem with one of the workers. Last time we went there, one of the workers sent an adult from the back of the line to the front of the line for no reason. My only guess is that they hate people under 18 years of age, they were constantly saying "hurry the hell up stupid kids". All high school customers expect a problem with one of employees when they go there. Final thing was the fact that a lot of customers suspect the employees trying to steal them. They give back the improper amount of change back a lot of times. Yet again, we don't know if the answer to that is because they failed math in school. Whenever I purchase an item, I don't feel like thanking them anymore. Fix all of this nonsense, and the store will turn into a success.

This 711 is the worst! I am constantly forced to come here and buy something by my friends who peer pressure me into going. It's usually over priced, (when you have to buy stuff for people) & it usually smells like alcohol in the back. One time I was falsely convicted of stealing because I misplaced an item. All I did was move something from one shelf to the other... Furthermore all the nonsense that happens in the store during lunch time is dumb. All the employees get mad at us for being there and threatened to put us outside and wait while only 3 people at a time shop. They always give the wrongs amount of change & refuse to give me my extra cent. All in all the store is horrible and should get new employees.

The customer service is the worst I ever had. The lady was on her phone not paying attention. I asked her what was in the taquitoes because the signs weren't properly posted. She never answered. When I called her on it as I was paying for my milk, she told me if I didn't like it to never come back. Wow!! And, when I paid cash, she didn't give me a receipt as if on purpose. How they stay in business is a complete miracle. Never shop there.

Rude, no cash back

I would give them a 0 they are rude I slipped and fell as they had ice and water on the floor.

Dude who works overnight needs to get checked. You hate your job, find another and spare us both.
