Chase Bank

We came here while on vacation and Yordan Krumov helped us. He was friendly and efficient.

We tried to get my husband added to my bank account twice in our home state of New York and had many issues with the branches there.

We’re glad we stopped at this branch!

The tellers at this small bank give the best customer service. They are friendly and patient with customers. I love going to businesses that make customer service a priority.

The tellers work very hard and always try to get people through even when they’re under staffed. I was in 3 times this week trying to get paperwork to finalize a mortgage. This week they seemed to be having issues with their fax connections. Every person I’ve ever worked with has always been helpful when I needed to fax papers.
Today I needed a notary to finalize time sensitive papers. I made the appointment on the app on Monday for that week’s Friday at 10am. I stated in the notes that I needed a notary and the reason. When I showed up the person I was assigned to said he was not a notary while he covered himself with a blanket. The other bank representative who was a notary said he could see us. When I took out my documents he immediately started shuffling my paperwork disregarding the directions from the bank. When I said that there were directions he said he didn’t need them he’d done this before. He asked how many signatures I needed. I said I think a few, I hadn’t counted. Then he said it was too much for him and that I needed an appointment. Then he said they didn’t do work with Chase mortgages, only banking. I ended up leaving and going to the Sonoma branch.
The odd part of this all is this man I saw earlier this week walk by the tellers and chuckle to them saying “looks like you’re busy!” As the line spanned the length of the room.
Napa, good if you need a teller, but go to Sonoma for big, important business.

Brutal line both inside and sometimes outside (only 1 ATM). The teller inside was very helpful when it came to details around withdrawing more than the maximum amount (I’m not even a chase customer, I just needed to use a physical bank). It’s brutal that they’re relatively short staffed for what appears to be the most popular Chase branch in Napa.

Extremely well lit parking lot btw. Floodlights fill the space all night so no prowlers around the one ATM outside.

Edith is a sweetheart. Now, Chase, I’m disappointed that you took away free safe deposit boxes for veterans. Kinda cheap

The line is so long in there and two tellers. I tried to call to speak with a banker for an entire day and no answer, no option to leave a message. You need to take a day off.

The absolute worst. I'll most likely close the 3 accounts I have here. Went in to order counter checks (which they got wrong and gave me counter checks on the wrong account number). I asked them to order ONE set of checks for me on my business account. They incorrectly ordered 2. I called and spoke with someone at the branch, who said they would fix it. They did not. I've now spent over 2 hours trying to get this fixed. Their staff is beyond incompetent, unprofessional, and unable to do the simplest task correctly. Go elsewhere.

A dozen people in line at lunch time and they only had one teller. Walked out after 25 min.

Walked around from person to person asking questions about a check then told the customer couldn't do nothing for you today come back another day. Lol, she said a few words as she left no cussing just wow... this bank needs to change.

just called the napa silverado branch at 2 o'clock on sat. and got a recording telling me they were too busy to answer the phone then disconnected me. it's probably time to find another bank

Rigid and non helpful policies. They didn't ldo for me in this branch something that another branch did with no problem.

There is No customer service here. Very sad.
