I had been with my insurance broker for many, many years. My broker was also a family friend and had attended family functions. She retired and sold her company which resulted in a complete stranger now handling my insurance business. I was less than thrilled, especially because it was a complete surprise so I was expecting problems from the beginning. However I was excited to learn that my new account rep (Chrystal) was excellent in customer service. In the past year I have had occasion to add a car, twice, delete a car, make a claim on homeowners, cancel another homeowners policy. Each and every time the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them. Oh, and I always get a second quote but the rates have always been the best!

Wonderful response time on getting any issues, quotes, questions etc. resolved. Julie Leffingwell my agent found me, the best competitive pricing and most car insurance available to me. Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also willing to explain your previous policy from a former insurance group and still beat there pricing, and get more coverage. I can’t explain in words on how insurance group has made me feel comfortable in buying insurance through them. Excellent customer service! Electric bikes are well over $2000 each and not covered under homeowners insurance. The big corporates would not insure nor take time to research how to insure them but your company went that extra mile to figure out. I sleep easier knowing my investment of two electric bikes are covered. Your company found ways to increase my coverage and save me over $1000 year on homeowners and earthquake insurance. Seniors love savings!!! Oh, and Krista is so easy and great to work with. I talk her up, as well as your company, to whomever will listen. Thank you! Great job.

I’ve had my car insurance with Grange since I was a teen! I’ve had lots of different account managers but Cookie is tops! She's always friendly and easy to talk to and has always handled my claims with so much personal care and concern. Everything gets handled with complete professionalism and ease. That’s not what I hear from my friends who use the big insurance companies, they feel like just a number. I’m so glad I stuck with Grange! Thank you so much for being there when I need it!

Always available to answer questions, help with dynamically changing insurance needs. Katie and the Insurance Services team has been extremely helpful over the years with the changing needs for auto insurance (covering my children as they learn how to drive, and all the way through finding them the best coverage on their own policies with their own cars). They have also helped with homeowners and rental insurances as the situations evolved over the years. Always helpful, friendly, and willing to find the best coverage for the circumstances.

I've been a client of the Insurance Service Group for decades. Luckily, I've not had to call them very often (I just knocked on wood, though!), but when I've had to, they've been very attentive, and I've been well taken care of. Years ago, when my car was in a body-shop - after a hit-and-run collision - I informed the appraiser that my driver-side power window stopped working, also. He didn't think my insurance would cover it, as it was not directly part of the front driver-side damage. However, when I got my car back, I noticed the window was repaired. Insurance Service Group indeed approved the repair! The shop employee said something like: "You have really good insurance. Cheap insurance wouldn't have covered that".

Shannon was referred to us by a good friend and he is someone like myself that won’t give out a referral unless we truly know that they will be taken care of completely. Shannon and others in the office have been easy to deal with and have been great at making sure we are getting All of our needs met. It’s nice to be able to drop in the local office if we need to make changes to our policies.
