Dana was excellent! Not sure why prior reviews are low, not what my wife and I experienced. We were looking at condos on Rustin last summer and used Dana to find us potential summer home. He was amazing to work with! Attentive, spend the time to understand our needs and helped us boil down the market much faster than had we just looked online. Knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend

Dana has been very helpful in keeping an eye out on vacation properties in Westport and always sends me new listings as they come on the market. He's also helping me look at options in AZ for retirement properties. It's been a great help!

Zero stars, witness Sue Tatum being racist and a slumlord, she makes fun of people's weight and said all colored people are fat and lazy, I have proof of the signs she post here at the fourplex. She raises rent every year but doesn't want to fix nothing , I have pics, she's bully's people cuz she thinks less of everyone and think no one will stand up to her. She comits fraud thru the rental assistance , she applies for months that u already paid for , u can't have guest over cuz she will charge extra if she assumes there's someone new in the apt, she is crooked and a racist and needs to be fired

Margot Wheeler is a horrible agent to work with. During negotiations while under contract, she failed to present a repair request to her client for five days, and used the excuse that she had not checked her email once during that time. She took over three weeks to return an addendum, only providing it when underwriting was delayed in finalizing a loan. She removed the lock box from the house and in the process damaged the door knob so it was unusable and would have left it that way had it not been required. She failed to give access to the house for a final inspection by removing the lockbox and not letting us know. Prepare to be frustrated and constantly picking up after her mistakes for the entire sale.
