Konstantin answered any and every question we had with the knowledge of a pro. We felt comfortable and confident with every step. He brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to larger group of buyers. Konstantin was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions. Konstantin will get the job done! He took on the challenge of selling a residential building lot that had lots of issues for a buyer to deal with. He didn't let that stop him but stayed with the process through closing. This lot had been for sale on and off for over 30 years. Konstantin was the only realtor with the interest and ability to find a qualified buyer.
