Amazing service, and great communication! I’ve been doing laser treatments for two years here and the results are amazing. They worked with me when the laser hair removal treatments stopped working and now I’m just doing touch ups. Can’t recommend enough. Love love love.

I came to book laser hair removal for my face and neck after hunting around a bit and settling on Laser Lounge Med Spa, despite its distance from my work and home.

What a great place - extremely clean, everything's set up perfectly and professionally. The women I worked with were punctual, friendly, cheerful, and just really easy going. But they also knew what they were doing and were very skillful.

What's even better is that, at my consultation for laser, they brought up that there was a Groupon deal that would save me a *lot* of money on the procedure I was having done. They didn't have to offer that info but they did and, wow, yeah, it almost shaved off half the cost.

Scheduling is easy, the laser hair removal is fast, and the waiting area is very pleasant. The technician is also very good at double-checking to make sure she's reached every area.

I also had one IPL Facial treatment to try to help with the sun damage below my eyes. I feel like it didn't quite do as much as I would like (but probably had unrealistic expectations) so, on the follow-up, I was told they would focus just on that area again, free of charge. I thought that was very nice of them.

All in all, very recommended!

Mary was great! I had an IPL facial and the results are already looking good. The spa itself is cute, I loved the old house vibe. Mary was also really funny and I enjoyed chatting with her. She did a great job distracting me from the sting. I also appreciated her advice about the best treatments for my specific skin and the ones that I could probably skip. It's not very often that someone doesn't try to upsell and it just made me like her all the more. I'll definitely be back - maybe micro-needling next? Eeek! :)

Can I just say, Mary! She is amazing at her profession! I trust her completely. She is very experienced, educated, caring, very thorough, professional and just such a doll all around. The entire Laser Lounge staff and owner are great - the overall vibe is very warm, welcoming and professional. You can't go wrong with these gals.

Incredibly respectful and inviting staff. I was comfortable and my treatments were quick and worked beautifully! If you have unwanted hair, they can help you out! I am thankful for my experience and the results.

Out of the 3 places I have been to for laser in King County, this place is hands down the best. Highly recommend for laser hair removal! They are so sweet and professional and have great prices without compromising quality. I saw excellent results coming here compared to other places and continue to go back. The place is super cute and clean too. :)

I have been coming here for about 3 years now & these ladies are absolutely amazing! Always so friendly, gracious, & knowledgeable regarding the numerous services they offer, I have not one bad remark. In addition to being very personable, their lobby & spaces are always immaculately clean & beautifully decorated. I first found them through a Groupon Ad & purchased a full face laser hair removal package with the results after a year being undeniable; only requiring a few normal extra touch ups here & there. Now after my face is finally starting to settle, I am so excited to begin my new journey with their other skin invigorating procedures! I wish I had more money to gift these wonderful hard working women even with their outstanding deals, but I guarantee you will get your money’s worth & more if you haven’t already been in.

Such a great experience! The office is clean and beautiful. Dr. Todd did so well and walked me through everything he was doing. He took his time and did not rush. Was up front on all prices and options and listened to what I wanted.

Okay so the negative reviews I'm not quite understanding..sounds like people just love to complain!

For me, let me tell you-- I hail from California. I've been to plenty of med spas doctors from Beverly Hills to Sf. I have tried plenty of med spas here in Washington-- specifically pierce and king county. This is by far the BEST in the area. They are Personable, listen to your needs, and more importantly make you feel your best. Dr. Todd is a gem. I came in for a consult it was such a fun appointment-- I got botox on the spot because of how comfortable I felt. I can't wait to book more appointments in the future!

So happy to have found this gem! I have what my sister refers to as “resting thinking face” and though it was very subtle I beginning to see glabellar lines and it had been bothering me for some time. I saw Todd for my first ever filler for that zone and he was incredible. I felt at ease in the cozy, clean environment while he explained the process thoroughly. It was fast and my results were exactly as hoped!

I’ve been seeing Mari now for laser hair removal on my armpits and Brazilian and I’m equally amazed at these results. She is so knowledgeable and takes great care in her service. After just a few sessions I don’t have to shave my armpits! Being someone prone to ingrown hairs this is amazing - a time and stress saver for sure! I look forward to each visit here. Next time I’m hoping to try either a hydrafacial or clear and brilliant! P. S. They carry Epionce and after trying the intense defense serum I’m hooked, it’s magic in a tube!

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I have seen AMAZING results with my laser hair removal. Katelyn is a gem, she makes you feel so comfortable and does an incredible job. I have been recommending this place to all my friends!!!!

If I could give more stars I would. 1st off, I’m a guy and was pretty embarrassed to even make an appointment but the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable before I had even made it to the building. For my first treatment my anxiety arose again but both the fronk desk and tech made me feel great again. I have since now gone back for over a year for other treatment areas and couldn’t even imagine going anywhere else. They have me looking great.

If anyone is looking for any of the services they offer, look no further because you will get the best tailored treatment and customer service in the industry. The ladies are amazing, professional, and also nice to look at ;)

I can’t rave enough about this place! The ladies here are amazing and so accommodating. I am close to the end of my laser hair removal experience and throughout the process they have been so helpful with helping me achieve my best results. Mechelle has been a God send with working with me when the treatments were painful on the more *ahem* sensitive areas. Thank you for your immense knowledge base and making this experience one that was stress free.

This place is the best! I have been going there for years now for laser hair removal--first for my face and then for legs. It took 2 years of sessions for the hair on my legs to almost fully disappear. Little by little, each month, more hair would disappear, so you can't expect miracles immediately. Now I hardly ever shave my legs, and I used to be the girl with the dark hair 5 o'clock shadow legs! I still go back every so often for face touch up treatments when new hair pops up, so you can't necessarily expect one series of treatments and done forever. It was about 1 year between my last touch up and the most recent one. I tell people all the time that laser hair removal was one of the most worth it things I ever spent money on.

Todd was amazing! Explained everything to me before hand, down to the differences between brands of filler and Botox. He made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. I’m looking great and he has checked on me throughout the settling process as well!

Laser Lounge is my go to place for everything! Todd does great work with Botox and filler. Mari is my go to for anything skin related and Katelyn is a master with laser hair removal. Shonda always works with my schedule and I always feel welcomed every time I go in for treatments. They always explain everything in full and I never leave unsatisfied.
