Otter Insurance

We have been with Otter Insurance for over 8 years and they are the best. Paula is always VERY responsive to all our questions and always helps us to get the best insurance coverage needed for my family. Pat was most helpful personally a couple of years ago when I was in a car accident and helped navigate me through dealing with the other insurance company. My two adult sons now have their own coverage through Otter Insurance as well. They are the best!

Otter Insurance has been so helpful in helping us find better insurance rates. With four of us driving, insurance is expensive. Their customer service is always excellent. When I call to ask questions, they are quick and friendly to help.

DON'T CONFUSE WITH OTTO INSURANCE
Going to give a 5 star as an apology to this company. I recently found out it was Otto Insurance that sold my info, not this insurance company. Otto Insurance is the one who did and I confused it because of the otter mascot. To the owner; I am very sorry for my previous review and I hope that this realization can help you with similar reviews.
