My daughter and I came in to shop at this location and got help from CJ. She was so polite and professional. She kept busy making sure the store was looking tidy but always being attentive and aware of her customers! Great store CJ is a great asset to UO.

Customer service was fantastic.
Greeting at the door, very friendly. Associate went out of her way to look for a purse I was looking for. Unfortunately it had sold however, she showed me different versions, styles and variations.

I'm almost forty years old but shopping with my daughter here .. it was so fun .. I cannot even believe the style these days but honestly I love it

Staff here are a 10/10- I dropped my ID there last night by accident and didn’t notice. I saw the same person who checked me out at Target 20 minutes later and he said the store had my ID! By this time it was 9:30p, so I was sure I wasn’t getting it that night. I called, and the staff who were still there waited outside for me to come back and grab it. Like I said, they’re 10/10!!

I like this store. Got some really great finds on their clearance rack! They have a photo booth in here, too which is really cool!! I think it's $5 dollars to use. Employees are pretty much always nice and really down to earth, seriously they're so casual with the way the speak to customers it's like they're speaking to friends.

Everything was organised even though it looked like they got a truck shipment that day!! I've never seen such a clean store I loved everything in there too very good 👍🏻

Love this place seems always when I come in with my daughter I void the kids that work there always to much energy for me.. Lol expensive but if your really gotta have it.. Get it but clothes there are to young for me my daughter loves it there

The crop-tops here are 😍🤤😱😩🥺😭🤧 SO gorgeous! This place is seriously a crop-top paradise! Crop-top blouses, crop-top sweaters, long-sleeve crop-tops, short-sleeve crop-tops, there's a crop-top for every occasion 🙌

Fantastic selection of goods! Clean. Great sales. But not quite enough cashiers when I was in.
