Big 5 Sporting Goods

Big 5 has always been able to hook me up with a skateboard and they have other great deals too. I like skating those recycled plastic penny boards. I use to always lose my board when I first got to Seattle the whole first year and 2nd lol.

The Manager David is Top Notch. Very knowledgeable and can help you with any questions you will have. Helped me get what I needed even if it wasn't at his store location. I've been to all the Big 5's in the area and this one by far is the best.

Big 5 is a PNW favorite with a wide variety of tennis shoes, all types of sports gear, 🏈 ⚽ 🥅 they have it all!!!

Went in looking for a particular item, Josh and his staff were great and understanding, they were all very kind. But Josh knew exactly what I was looking for even though I called the item wrong.

Needed some snow boots for my oldest. His shoe went from size 1 to size 5.5 since last winter! They had a nice selection of boots and snow gear. I ended up leaving with the snow boots, a new winter jacket for my daughter (which was on clearance btw), and winter socks for the whole fam in a matter of 15 mins. If I didn't have to go in to work, I would've stayed longer.

Very good help. Shoe salesman Harry, was friendly, and very knowledgeable about the correct shoes that would be right for my feet. It's nice to have a sport store that's been around, and is still staying.

My husband and I recently went to this store and he needed work boots and while we were there we also got work socks. They were on it when we walked in and was catering to our needs with getting the shoe size. He tried them out and turns out he needed a bigger size. Came in a week or so later and they exchanged the boots no problem! I loved that we had no issues with exchanging them and they were just as nice before with getting the proper size. Thanks

You are a fool if you buy your shoes ANYWHERE other than Big 5. Best prices and the ABSOLUTE best shoe return policy in the entire industry. I think Big 5's shoe return policy is one of their unsung heroes that most people don't realize. It was several years ago that another retailer burned me on a pair of expensive shoes that immediately started destroying my feet the first day I wore them. That retailer refused to do anything for me and I ended up donating those shoes to Goodwill. I learned about Big 5's policy through someone I knew that worked there. I've never had to utilize their policy, but the peace of mind their policy gives me means I don't buy my shoes anywhere else.

Five stars for these good people, good store, clean, good vibes place. Good prices good selection of stuff. They been there for a while and I’ve been coming here off and on, and it’s always good with them, don’t recall ever anything negative about this store

Got a swimming cap but got defects, brought it back to swap, David helped to exchange toward another cap with a professional attitude (at Big5 in Lynnwood, Today 04/14/2022@1:50pm). Nice workers. Selection was minimal, but I got what the shoes I needed without paying more for the same thing at Ross right next door...

Big 5 is tight. Great merch. However, during my visit someone dropped a douce and it was really smelly while we were checking out. But anyway. Great service. Good products. Would recommend poopourri
