Hyatt Regency Bellevue On Seattle's Eastside

Very convenient location, you can access the mall easily with connected bridges. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes around. The front desk was very helpful about solving our reservation issue and the rooms are clean and neat

Hyatt Regency Bellevue is the Best and Highest end of Hotels to stay at. My Family prefers to stay here when they visit out of state. The environment and hotel rooms are the nicest in Class & Luxury. Within the Hotel they have great additions, including 13 Coins Restaurant & their amazing Cafe Fonte. I have a great experience each visit and highly recommend for all Business & Families. Loved this Hyatt Regency, the location was great. Amazing walkability, plenty of options around to go shopping or eat out as well as options to eat inside the hotel without the need to leave as well. Just can’t say enough good things about the location. It’s perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, no issues at all. Service from the staff was amazing, the manger reached out and welcomed me as a Hyatt Elite member before our stay and made the stay even better with a welcome amenity due to the staying for a special occasion. It made our weekend extra special. Truly great service and I wouldn’t recommend any other hotel in the Bellevue area. Especially if you’re a Hyatt loyalist.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, no issues at all.

This place is huge and definitely needs more signs. It is very easy to get lost in this place. The room was decent, although the beds are quite firm. The gym and pool are amazing. By far the best fitness center I've ever used at a hotel. Quality equipment and a swim lane. Staff were somewhat friendly as I had limited interaction with them. It is in a decent location if you are wanting to be by the city.

Love staying at the Hyatt brand hotels! The service it top notch, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and cozy with great views!

It's a top notch property close to a nice mall. Not much in the way of a Seattle locale as it is a distance. The hotel is in more of a financial district than a cultural area, but if Bellevue is where you want to be, it is very nice.

Lovely place and great experience. Most of all, the location is a huge plus. We were here for an event and it was just a great experience - lots of great restaurants around the hotel and some of the best pathways for long walks. Head to the beach and you’ll live the walk and the experience of Seattle.

Outstanding customer service from the desk and concierge. Rooms are always clean and the beds are some of my favorites to get a good night's sleep.

Huge hotel but convenient for the mall with a walkway to it so as to avoid trying to cross the street.
The staff at reception were very welcoming.
Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.
The only negative is that the signs to find the entrance when driving were difficult to see and we ended driving around the block twice before we could see it. Once in the valet parking was very convenient.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Facility was very clean (which is very important to me). The staff was very helpful, warm, and inviting! I will return when I visit Seattle and I will refer all that know to visit Seattle as well to stay here.

I generally only write reviews for outstanding service, and our experience at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue is worthy of such!! My husband and I decided to stay at the Hyatt for a little getaway for our 20-year anniversary during the holidays. At check-in, we were greeted by the BEST hotel host, J'KHAYLAUGHN Lewis (“JK”), who was professional yet friendly and helped us kick off our stay in the perfect way!

Hotel is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. Unfortunately, the heating unit in our room was malfunctioning and kept us up all night. Since we knew the hotel was sold out, we knew we couldn’t move rooms, and just dealt with it. JK happened to be at the front desk when we checked out the next morning, and immediately apologized & addressed the issue.

It’s people like JK who go above and beyond to keep loyal customers, even after a not so perfect stay! His service alone made our anniversary a 5-star experience. Thanks JK!!

Great part of town to dine snd shop. Short walk to lake marina and park. Very safe and clean area. Tons of restaurants within 2 blocks any direction. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Incredible property and the front desk staff provided exceptional service. However, I encountered someone named Connie in Eques and was completely dissatisfied with the interaction. Unpleasant and dismissive, overall. It was rather shocking for such an established corporate setting. A reminder of service industry practices seems necessary for her.

Great location, clean room and surprisingly huge TV. Everytime I walked by a staff they would always say hi. It was our first little family road trip from Canada and we would recommend and stay there again!

Very nice amenities with helpful staff. They have two types of rooms the regular old style and the renovated rooms. For renovated rooms you need to pay extra charge.one thing I like is that they have complimentary water bottles.

We had a bit of a snag with our reservation while checking in. We were told several times over the course of almost 7 hours that our room was waiting to inspected but should be clean. My group was invited to the convention as a guest and couldn’t do much without having a room.

I would have left a negative review however we had a wonderful receptionist (I believe her name was Mo) who took charge and got us a room. She took the time to see what the problem was and get us moved around so we could have a place to crash. She was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Would stay there again

We stayed at the Hyatt and it was the best experiences we had. Thank you for having us stay, beautiful room with views! The coffee place was amazing glad they open at 6am, the front desk was very polite and valet was very sweet and caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The pool was a about 2/3 minute walk but it was nice and clean. The maids were very nice and took care of the room, did an amazing job. Over all the place was well kept. Definitely would stay again.
