I stopped in to buy some new work shoes because i have been struggling to find a pair for weeks. And as soon as i went in i was instantly helped by one of the workers Liberty, she knew exactly what i needed and recommended me things that would work best. She was also really fast at retrieving the multiple pairs of shoes i wanted which was really nice to experience! Thanks to her i was able to get great advice on which pair would work best for me and i was able to find the pair of shoes i needed plus some socks that would make the shoes more comfortable and easy to break into! Highly recommend this store!! Thank you again:)

I stopped by with my daughter to find some new shoes before school starts tomorrow. Customer service was top notch despite them being very busy! The employees were right there ready to help us get the right size every time we wanted to try a new shoe. One employee even offered to order a t-shirt and have it delivered for free when they didn't have the right size in stock.

I had one of the best shopping experiences yesterday at this Journeys. My 9 year old niece wanted to check out some Vans and I had not been to a Journeys in over a decade, but figured they’d have them. We were immediately greeted by the staff and I loved their enthusiasm. The gentleman that helped us showed what true customer service looked like and not only sold us a cute pair of pink checkered vans, but displayed to my niece a strong retail work ethic, which is hard to come by these days. He liked his job and it showed. I’ll definitely shop their again!

They sales staff was amazingly friend they were fast at getting the shoes that i wanted to try on and they also brought out a pair they thought i would i like which is amazing. And after purchsing my shoes i found out they werent gonna work so i had to return them and the staff was very helpful they tryed to find me a shoe that miggt replace it and they were nice about it when i couldnt find a replacement

I love going into Journeys. I know nothing about skate boarding or long boarding culture, but everyone here is patient, kind, and helpful as they help me navigate my way through purchasing gifts and accessories for my teenage son.

love this store in particular, store manger is amazing only place i can shop for shoes!
