Seattle Team Shop - Alderwood Mall

Went in here yesterday to look for a Ohtani jersey for my kid. They promptly showed me what they had. They had one it was so great! We went to 3 other stores and no one had one. Then the excitement started…my son started to get a bloody nose and it was a bad one but let me say the guy working I believe his name was Adam was so helpful. He provided some tissues and even a bag to put the tissues in. It was really good customer service and I will definetly be back to Seattle team shop and we didn’t even buy seattle gear. What can I say my kids just a fan of baseball period. Go Mariners ha!

Amazing customer service! I came in requesting embroidery on a newborn baby beanie. It was challenging since the fabric was so soft and small. I didn't think it would work. James took the time to carefully adjust the fabric and made sure it was exactly how I wanted. It came out perfectly!!! I am so touched by the attention and care that went into making it work. Thank you James!

Super super helpful staff. James helped me today and really made buying a gift so much easier. He was really knowledgeable and polite and made shopping less of a hassle. 11/10 customer service. Definitely will be coming back for more gifts from here this holiday season.
