First time trying out the hair salon. Staff are very friendly and attentive. As soon as I walked in the door someone was there to help me. While I was waiting as I was early for my appointment, two other members of staff came and asked if I was being helped. Was very pleased with my hair stylist, she asked me plenty of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and even gave me suggestions on what would look good for me. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

Good store. Very clean. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Will go there again.

We always find great buys and good home equipment and clothing at Penney's. The staff is friendly. They add crew during busy times so that the wait to check out is never too long. I forgot to bring my card and they let me use another ID to charge merchandise. I hope Penney's thrives and grows stronger every day!
UPDATE
Looking around waiting for my wife, a clerk greeted me. She gave me directions to the Home department where we found new bed pillows, bathroom rugs and accessories. We figured about $110. The cost was about $80. Joy!
Check out was quick. The lady was helpful explaining how my credit on the account would be applied in 24 hours. She also told my wife how to replace her JCP card.

Well-stocked location, with plenty of staff and registers to move customers along. Plenty of parking and not too crowded, making for a far more pleasant experience than other locations.

We had gone in looking for a watch for our son. Michelle was amazing. She was a great help in assisting us to pick out a beautiful 21st birthday gift. Michelle made it a pleasure with her amazing customer service, listening skills and kindness. We felt confident in our purchase and will definitely be back.

I go here with my girlfriend to get our hair cuts. There is this amazing hairstylist that you got to get in with. She does colors, cuts and styles. She has no problem with black folk hair. Her name is Andrea Jones. Go see her. She is amazing.

Ok so JCPenney isnt fancy schmancy but who cares! It has what you need: footwear, tops, jeans, housewares, a salon! All at really bearable prices. I got a couple of tops last time on sale and visited the salon. Always pleasant shopping.

Purchased a pair of Malificent earrings to wear in Disneyland in December. Got them on a great Thanksgiving sale.

Ordered online to pick up at store. Filled my order quickly and pickup was easy.

My husband and I shopped at the Lynnwood, WA store today and we're assisted by an associate named Cheryl. She was absolutely wonderful. She wouldn't give up until we found something we loved. We really appreciated her commitment to excellent customer service.

Great selection of clothes and dresses with affordable price. This is one of the few stores where I can easily find wardrobe staples. Black pencil skirt, check. Red sweater, check. Denim jeans, check. There are plenty of styles for work or play. Plus, if you join the rewards program, you can lots of coupons. Excellent deal.

The check out service was amazing, Farooq was more than helpful helping us stuff we needed and helped us when we were stuck with Jcpenny card.He was polite and considerate to us when we had followed a lot of steps and asked to wait 7 days.he even gave us a 30% coupon after the whole process.i would highly recommend him.Infact a promotion would serve him good.

This location was clean well organized clothes were easy to find within brands only 1 dressing room though. Bathroom was clean. This is a nice store!

Very good stocks of garments in reasonable prices! Bought two one piece dresses. Atmosphere was neat n clean. Recommended for those who wants to shop various garments together!

I went in for a small kitchen appliance that the JCPenney website showed to be available. It, indeed, was on the shelf for me. I was distracted by cute women's clothing I passed on my way upstairs and ended up leaving with 3 new outfits in addition to the electric skillet I needed. Great prices and value and the store was pleasant and uncrowded even though some of the dressing rooms were shut. I walked right up to the checkout counter and was quickly out the door. I'm thrilled with my purchases!
