Getting my order taken by the drive thru worker named “Luis” really changed my day. Amazing service, very good advice on what to order as a first-time customer, waited very patiently for me to make a decision and then find my card. Would recommend!

The drive through goes smoothly and the employees are always friendly. Just be careful because the lanes can back up into the street.

The best chicken sandwich in town. The drive through is very efficient, though you must be in the inside lane if you want to pay with mobile since the point of sale machine can’t reach the outside lane and is not portable. This matters when it’s raining, which in Bellevue it’s all the time.

Good quality food as you would expect from this company. The team at this location are also quality individuals who take pride in their work. They are friendly, helpful, and quick. This location was all decked out with Christmas lights, which was a really nice touch over the holidays.

Be aware that this location is take-out only. They have two drive-through lanes and a walk-up window. Parking is very limited, so I recommend planning on using the drive-through.

Chic fil à bellevue just re opened after renovations. Changes have fixed the insane line outside the resturaunt. Food is good as ever. Love the spicy non deluxe sandwich extra pickles

Of all the "fast food" , "take out" spots, this one is one of the best. You ever notice how all the good fast food restaurants, really do certain things really, really well. Well Chik Fil A does Chicken extremely well. They do chicken sandwiches, to strips to nuggets, and that's it. Their staff is the BEST in the country. Super friendly, always courteous, I just hope they don't get burnt out on the people from NW (who tend to be entitled, rude, demanding and just downright obnoxious). But again, the people that work here are simply AMAZING, and should be given medals for some of the crazy customers they have to deal with sometimes. I wish I could punch those people for them...LOL. The sauces at Chik Fil A are excellent, and if you haven't tried their breakfast sandwiches and vanilla cold brew coffee, those are off the hook! My personal favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and for breakfast I love the chik fil a biscuit and a vanilla cold brew.
Oh wait, you have to try their lemonade with the ice cream, whatever they call that, it's AMAZE!

Love this chick-fil-A, but always big line

The update to two lane drive thru made it slightly faster or at least cram more cars in the parking lot. Most of the time I just park next to the hotel and do take out.

Good food and good service!
They only have drive thru and pickup and no sit down option. Queue often spills out onto street causing traffic but they process orders pretty fast.

Great food, great service, and these guys are nailing the curbside/traffic control fiasco like Champs! I wish chic-fil-a would take over Sound Transit!

If you’re looking for better quality fast food/service this is the place to go.

I ordered the Spicy Deluxe meal w/bacon added to the sandwich and ordered their specialty lemonade. The meal was about $11.

The inside was clean and the food came relatively “fast”

I noticed a kind gesture by an employee to another customer while eating. They delivered food to them and asked if they needed any more sauce. The customer said that they would grab ketchup when they got around to eating their fries but was “good for now, thanks.” The employee took it upon themselves to grab some from the self service counter and brought it over anyway. It’s this kind of act that differentiates them from other fast food companies. Thanks for being considerate.

Honest reliable meal, with an amazingly polite service at all times, at more than reasonable prices. What else can one ask for, especially if you are in a rush or on the go.
