Exceptional customer service!! I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had a particular shoe available in a particular size. They did, so I asked of they could set it aside for me to pick up later that day. They offered to hold them until Saturday. I was not able to go on that day or on Black Friday so I went in on Saturday and they actually still had my pair of shoes on hold!! We visit this store almost every other month for first aid supplies, clothes, shoes gifts and other things for my husband, myself and two teenage children. We always find what we need as this place is well stocked.

They have everything you need for security, police,and detentions. All at a great price. Quality brands and very knowledgeable employees to help you. Why go anywhere else!

Amazing Customer service. If you have questions they literally have an answer that will help. You actually find what you're looking for and give you like. Suggestions and helpful tips of their well stocked and have an abundance of different kinds of like everything anything you can think of honestly they also have a. Bunch of sales all the time so the prices may be high sometimes but for the most part like they're pretty good prices for quality clothes I have. To say I mean it's a overall experience you know to buy from that store at least you know?

Great store. Nice selection. Their store brand is better than it was years ago. Good quality at a great price. Careful about browsing though you will find stuff you didn't know you needed. They carry leading labels also, 5.11, Blackhawk, Arc'teryx, surefire. So careful what you shop for they might have it, I recommend taking the extra large credit card.

Update. Just stopped in again and I'm happy to report things have not changed that much. The best part about that is that the selection is still varied and the customer service was great. This is how you get a brick and mortar store to prosper.

I had the positive experience of having Michelle answer my call. I had to ask for a refund, and my order was never shipped(I had something come up with travel to Ukraine). My guess is that they are an employee or two down in the accounting department, so when she answered I didn't go in angry even though ten days had past since they promised the refund. She was pleasant, and knew what she was talking about even though I could tell accounting was not her real job there. I hope they get her some help soon. Michelle deserves a raise!

The staff is super helpful! I found everything I needed, and when I couldn't locate an item for my wife, the staff looked through the whole store. Although unsuccessful, she checked the Santa Clarita store and online.

Great customer service they picked up the phone and helped right away, Jesus was attentive and helped me with everything I needed as I was unfamiliar with the store, customer service was great! I bought a belt and attached my cuff holders and had trouble getting my buckle back on and they even helped me out with that too! Thanks LA Police Gear!

Great product at reasonable prices

Great service, even after we had a slight mix up on my name tape order. When they fixed it, I ended up with THREE free ones, and a huge discount on their Tac Athlete boots. They made sure that I was satisfied. I also have their Atlas pants, which are comfortable and well constructed...on par with pants that are twice the price. Excellent customer service as well.

I was looking for a specific product that I was having difficulty finding at other stores. Sarah, sales representative, assisted me to find a better product. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of LAPG inventory. This is a great store to shop at with outstanding customer service.

Great service. Accompanied my sister cause she wanted to find some pants for work. I went in not really thinking I'd buy anything. But I did. I found a pair of shoes I so needed for work at a good price. Couldn't pass it up.

Variety of gear is good. Bought a unique knife with a rock like handle, para-cord, finished in black matte, a really nice fitting Condor duty hat with velcro in various places. The flashlight section is awesome, good place to SEE variety & types of flashlights. Store is well lit but still has a lot if sunlight coming in, very good variety of tactical gear & clothing. Planning on going to the location in Torrance, went to the Valencia store a few years ago.

Respected and adhered to the Governors medical exemption. Associates were very helpful and courteous and, I believe, even went out of their way to check the back for items that I needed. I will definitely shop here from now on. It's out of my way, but when you find a good spot you gotta go back every time.

I always love coming here. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is so much merchandise crammed in that sometimes you walk in circles and still find new things. Prices are great and having an online portal for items that weren't on the shelves makes it even better.
