I flew from SF Bay because i wasn’t able to find the one i want around where i live.
Daisy help me prepare all the documents in advance, so after 1hr30min, i was able to leave with my car!!
There were little miscommunication in the loan interest rate and length, but it was easily handled.
The very interest thing was that one of my friend who live in Irvine has bought four cars so far from this dealer.

Buying our new car and trading in our car was the easiest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a new car. We had a nice young lady salesperson named Kat. She had not been a salesperson with the dealership for very long, but had worked in the service department prior. The dealership saw her potential and promoted her up to sales. She was great. She knew her stuff and was able to answer all of our questions. The Used Vehicle Manager, Neil Sorenson was the best. He spent a lot of time with us and made sure we got the best combined price between the trade in and the new car. We had to wait while Kat went to the sister store to get the car we wanted and Neil spent time just chatting with my husband and I and keeping us company. What a different experience this was compared to other times we have bought a car. I highly recommend doing business with Crown Lexus. Be sure to ask for Kat and Neil!

I am a Bay Area resident and I was not able to find the car I was looking for in my area without paying any dealer markups. I ventured out my search to Southern California and to my surprise Crown Lexus had 2 of the exact vehicle I was looking for.

I reached out to the dealership on Saturday (Feb 3) over the phone and Ricardo picked up the call. Told him about what I was inquiring about and was able to answer everything I asked for. We were able to sort out the leasing terms over the phone which I agreed to and booked my flight down to take delivery of the car on Feb 6.

The entire purchase process was super straight forward. No back and forth and all I really had to do at the showroom was sign all the paperwork! Got in and out fairly quickly, 1.5 hours.

At the time of this review, I have arrived back home to Northern California in my new NX450h+ F Sport! The comfiest 400 mile drive ever!

If you need a new or a used Lexus, this is the place to go! I had a great experience here buying my 2024 Lexus IS 300. They have a huge selection of Lexus vehicles (probably around 400+ cars) of different models with different options and colors, and the service and the prices are unmatched! I went to 6 different dealerships, and this one is by far the best! The prices here are extremely attractive, much better deals than anywhere else in OC and Inland Empire. My sales associate Abel was awesome!! Showed me like 10 different vehicles, was very patient and knew his stuff! Thank you, Crown Lexus! You guys are the best! My experience at Crown Lexus could not have went better. Francis who is a salesman there was very polite and attentive. He made sure all of my needs in a car were met, and made the process move quickly. He went above and beyond to treat us with VIP service, he opened doors, pulled out chairs, brought waters, and even brought snacks while we waited, and Michelle made paperwork a breeze to get through! In all, my experience was great and I would go back to Crown Lexus when ready to get a new car!

Shout out to Steve in sales and Ryan in finance. Best car buying experience I’ve had by FAR at a dealership. I’ve bought over 5 cars in the past 2 years so you can imagine the number of sales people I’ve come across. My sales man Steve was by far the most pleasant sales person I’ve ever dealt with. Quick to reply, got me the exact car I was looking for and super helpful in the process of buying a car as a surprise for my mom. The salesman Jose (Vel) was exceptional! The fastest I have ever agreed to a purchase price. The negotiation was done in 15 minutes! Jose was very helpful and made the whole buying process stress free. The person trying to sell me the extra stuff was a little bit not happy because I did not buy any additional add on. Other than that, the experience at Crown Lexus was my best car buying experience ever.

I have always been satisfied and very happy with Crown Lexus. Yesterday was the second time I had purchased a car from them, the third time for the family. I absolutely love my 2024 RX350H SUV. My experience at Crown Lexus was fantastic from start to finish! When I walked into the dealership my only intention was to test drive and get a feel for what type of car I wanted. I've had my Honda Civic for the last 10 years, and I wanted to make sure the next car I purchased was reliable, safe and something that would last me a long time.

I brought my dad who has over 25 years of experience in the car business to help me along in this process. We were greeted by Justin who truly made the experience at Crown Lexus so great. He accompanied us on the test drives of various models I was interested in and was incredibly knowledgable of all the cars and their features. My dad asked the hard questions and Justin did not miss a beat - he answered every question so well. I knew by the end of the test drive that the Lexus NX 250 was the car I wanted to move forward with. Justin was so enthusiastic through the entire process and shared in my excitement with me as I purchased my first vehicle on my own. Once the deal was done, he even drove from Ontario to Upland to complete the paperwork and was so nice to my family.

Additionally, Abel, the floor manager was very nice and helpful, Ryan in finance was great - an awesome personality and very sincere, along with Marissa who helped me sign all of my documents to Tanya, one of the managers who came and personally congratulated me on my purchase. They all said "Welcome to the Lexus family" and that is truly how I felt. Wonderful customer service and an amazing car - I couldn't ask for more!

I had gone to different Lexus dealer and they wanted to sell me what THEY wanted; however when we went to Crown Lexus -Able was very helpful. I asked him to help me in Spanish as my boyfriend only speaks Spanish's and he was great.
