The young man that helped me find what I was looking for was so polite and helpful, and the young lady that checked my items at the checkout stand was so kind and friendly.

Great store ! staff is very friendly. Was looking for something in particular and could not find it. employee named Dillon was super helpful and informative even though he was very busy. Definitely recommend this store they also have late-night hours which is very convenient. This store is very clean and well-organized I would definitely recommend it to others five stars

I really enjoy shopping at this store because there is always something unique that I find at a great price. If I take the time to look through all the aisles I find things I need that I was not even aware that I needed until I have found the items. And again, they are always at a great discounted price as well. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for cooking items, kitchen items, toys, shoes, clothes, and a lot of other unique things.

I can always find the best last minute gifts here! They are open later on in the day but have a great selection of items, especially if you're looking for work shoes. I couldn't find the black sketchers I needed for work anywhere, until I went to this Ross! ☺

Ross is always a good store they have great varieties they have lots of clearance items and so many things to choose from you can't go wrong

Absolutely love this place. It has a huge selection of anything and everything you could possibly need. Everything is priced at low prices and it's a perfect place when your wanting to dress to impress yet stay on a budget. I am a repeated shopper and I will continue to come back ❤

There's always a lot of variety

I'm telling you this is the place to go if you want clothes at a cheaper price. They have clothing shoes, kitchen equipment, and more. If u are lucky you can find shoes that are otherwise expensive and buy for an extremely cheap price. You can find decent clothing here and sometimes find great stuff. Totally recommend this place.

Found what I needed. I visited midday on a Wednesday and it was very clean and organized. There seemed to be a nice selection of items. I usually avoid Ross stores because stuff is everywhere, but this one isn't bad.

Their selection was perfect. I went in 3 weeks ago and tried on 2 dresses and decided on 1 for a wedding. I went back today to find another dress for a 2nd wedding that I'll be attending next month and luckily for me, the dress that I had decided against for the 1st wedding was still there.
The cashier was courteous. Even the officer guarding the store was nice.

If you're looking for an after 5 dress that you don't have to pay a lot for, go to Ross. Both dresses were under $30.00 but looked as if I'd purchased them from Dillards or Macy's for $100.00

This is one of the nicer Ross stores I've been to. It's a very well organized store with wonderful deals on so many items.

I don't ship here often, but when I do, I always end up finding a household favorite! Example: awesome copper fruit stand or perfect toy for a birthday! They have it all!

Great selection of merchandise.

Ontario Ross is my favourite Ross store, the shopping experience is pleasent. I wanted to write this review for a long buy last week Saturday night around 10PM I rang Ross Ontario about returing a product and wanted to talk to the manager, the manager was very polite and accepted my return and also the customer service skills were extraordinary. Now she is the manager who is a strong role model for rest of their staff. Surprisingly rest of the staff were also very helpful which make my visit and shopping experience great and unforgettable. Now all my freinds and family who live in IE visit Ontario Ross for their shopping. Thank you Jess.

Found an entire outfit for goddaughter's first dance for great prices. Also they are open until 11pm which is so convenient.
