I went over to Penske Honda to see what vehicles they had available I didn’t think we would be driving off the lot with our new vehicle the same day! This is our third vehicle that our family has purchased from Penske Honda. When I arrived Mr. Alexis Ayala greeted us and was with us from start to finish. He answered all of the questions we had when it came to purchasing our first small SUV. Alexis Ayala went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable asking many questions and looking at the different vehicle options. We saw multiple cars and we really liked that Alexis took his time showing us all the different features each car was equipped with as well as explaining to us what different trim levels had to offer. He recommended the Honda HRV for our families overall needs. The car is perfect and we couldn’t be more happy with the car and service we received from Alexis Ayala and the staff at Penske Honda. Once again thank you so much Alexis for making the whole process easy and for showing us around our vehicle after we finished signing. However, I mentioned that I had taken my CR V to Spreen Honda and asked them to fix a simple issue, I was told it was fixed but it wasn’t touched. I mentioned it to Fred and had it taken care of. best car dealership experience! Edgar Maya helped me out when i got my honda civic sport. He was BEYOND helpful and showed me all the accessories in the car. He kept in touch afterwards to see how the car was running. So, If you’re looking for a honda, Ontario is the best option and I recommend talking to Edgar!!

This group goes above and beyond, especially Cecilia. She is AMAZING! Buying a car is not a fun experience but working with her made it a seamless process.
We live nearly an hour away from this dealership. After the initial purchase we had to leave it for a window repair and to be detailed. A few days later we returned to pick it up and it was not detailed. There was sloppy wax everywhere, scratches that needed to be buffed, dirty inside. Poor Cecelia felt so bad so she got the general manager involved. And we were angry because it was another 2 hour round trip for us to have to leave the car again.

Cecelia and her management team had the car completely detailed to perfection AND delivered the car so we didn’t have to drive back AGAIN.

My car was in need of an oil change so I called Penske Honda yesterday to schedule an appointment. They provided me with one within the hour. The whole process was simple. I dropped off my car and picked it up a little over an hour later. I was even able to pay for the service on my phone, which was really nice. Alan Salcedo helped me out and was very kind. Everyone here provided great customer service.

Highly recommend working with Desiree, Edgar, and Uday from the sales/finance team. Very honest and straight up. Did not play any games with me and the best part of all remained respectful thru the whole process. I’ll definitely return before the end of the year to upgrade my 2019 Accord to a hybrid 2024 model. And I’ll be taking my car to get serviced at Penske from here on out. Huge thank you to Antonio in the service department for also being professional and very helpful. Took a pic of the sweet CRV hybrid we got from them for my wife.

I was in the market for a FL five Civic type bar Penske Honda had the lower markup and they were reasonable to work with and even work with me on my trade-in. Definitely the best Honda experience I had in the area as I visited other dealerships, and had less than exceptional Customer experience. The team was more than willing to talk to me about the numbers once I officially engaged them. I would highly recommend them, and especially recommend Cecelia for her hospitality.

I submitted my car for oil change. Penske Honda did quick and great service. The agent was very nice to me. He provided a discount to oil change also. I really appreciate Penske Honda’ s services.

Alan S. was a great advisor. He is more knowledgeable and personable than the other service advisors when I come. Any request I made he went far and beyond. 5 Stars for Alan A+ Customer service man give this guy a raise

200k miles 2012 Honda Civic

Getting my car serviced is not a welcomed event in my life, but it is very much needed from time to time. Penske Honda associates are usually very helpful and pleasant. My recent experience was no exception. Your Asst. Service Manager Fred Wilson was quite upfront regarding the needed work for my 2012 Honda Accord. He was very helpful in reassuring me that the recommended repairs would be beneficial to me in order to have a good running car. So far all is great much gratitude to the service technicians as well.

I purchased my brand new Civic touring with Alex yesterday and i was so impressed with not only his knowledge but also his willingness to help get me the best deal!
He’s the perfect example of a humble, hard working employee and I would recommend any and all of my friends and family to purchase through him! He wasn’t pushy and was as honest as it gets. He wanted to make the sale but was very patient and understanding.

10/10 Loved this dealership and the fantastic people who assisted me. Typically
first time car buyers feel a lot of anxiousness from what people say about car salesmen but this experience changed my perspective. They were very honest and helpful. Highly recommend Cecilia for her light hearted nature, genuineness, and patience. She really alleviated any nervousness with her fun uplifting personality. Kris was also very helpful, negotiable, and professional. I would definitely recommend to others and return again in the later future.

This review is for Anthony Medina, my second (or third) time working with this wonderful rep. I come to Penske Honda for regular maintenance on my Accord. He’s a very friendly and personable rep and very knowledgeable. My car went back in much better shape than when it went in, the difference was noticeable.

Derek is very very helpful. We will recommend him to everyone who needs Honda service. We are not local, but I drove 40 mins to Penske to get our Honda Pilot service because we aren't satisfied Riverside Honda which is our local Honda service. Penske is the best, Derek is the best!

I had to replace the timing belt on my Honda Pilot along with an oil change. Gia Bravo was the Service Advisor I dealt with and she is the best! My 17 almost 18 year old daughter's first new car, she wanted a new Honda Civic but she test drive a new 2023 Honda Accord EX and loved it, she wanted a vehicle with all the available safety equipment including Blind Spot Monitoring, not available on Civic, everyone that helped us was very friendly, listened well to what my daughter wanted, did their best to meet our price range, they were all very polite and patient, I referred to our sales person as the The Helpful Honda Guy (Wael) super nice and patient, then we met Edgar I referred to him as the closer, super friendly and patient. Yesenia in finance to finish was just as awesome. Great work by all involved, and an extremely pleasurable experience. Thank you all, you made my daughter's dream come true, you've set my mind at ease with a new safe vehicle as she heads off to school in Phoenix, Az in a couple months

Gia Bravo was my service advisor when I had some issues with my car last week, and she did an excellent job! She was very communicative and gave me updates regularly. She also arranged for me to have a loaner while my car was being worked on since it took a little longer, and she was very helpful with the pickup and drop off. My car is working great now, and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Gia and Penske Honda!

I had the most amazing experience at honda in Ontario. I met with Frank a gray sales representative who Eddie referred me to. He really cares about my needs and ask me everything and anything I’m looking for in a car. He sat with us talked to us while everything was being processed. He made sure that th car I choose was the one for me. He walked me around the lot gave me options and showed me all the amazing features in my car and set everything in my car to my comport. He took time to wash my car filled the tank and he was very encouraging when I told him I wanted to take a pictures of my car and he pointed out the perfect spot to take it. After everything was done and I picked my car the finance advisor Jimmy walked us through all the paper work and all the add ons that could help me protect me and my car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the best options for the best payment for me. He was very personable when us and talked to us about his life as we shared ours with him. I would definitely recommend this location for your next dream baby as I know I got mine!
