We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It’s behind a different hotel so a little confusing as we came in under cloak of darkness. Check in was simple, room was nice. I was a little disturbed that there was no mattress cover, just a folded pad that didn’t cover it all the way. Odd. The mattress was clean and not gross thankfully. But that was really the only thing. Otherwise it was a decent hotel for the price. The breakfast was really good for being complimentary! They had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, hash browns, toast, fruit. We enjoyed our stay here.

This place was great! We actually booked another hotel first. It was so bad we left and found this one. My expectation upon arrival was low, but they really did provide us with a great experience.

The only negative... it started sprinkling and on our last night, and they shut the pool down. That was very disappointing. Overall... very satisfied.

Azure Hotel in Ontario, CA, was a beautiful family experience for my children and I. My kids were in awww with the lobby and it's Decorations. I was amazed at how quickly my check in process was my reservation was found right away. Single mom of 3 traveling on a over night trip can be rough; it was a very nice calming experience. The restaurant dinning in the hotel made it helpful and convenient to purchase a meal for the kids and catch a drink to unwind. Affordable reasonable prices. Spacious rooms and restrooms with privacy. Beautiful room set up with closet space extra sink and mini fridge. Room stayed a nice temperature the whole Night. Morning free breakfast was not only very nice and beautifully made but also delicious different varieties from cereals, eggs, sausage, or bacon, orange juice, coffee, toast and other breakfast options. Kids enjoyed the stay. As for me the single mom of 3 it was like night and day of being in heaven not having to rush around and grab junk food or stress and rush in the morning for breakfast but feeling comfortable away from home with my children. Traveling doesn't get any better then this with kids as a single parent in these days and times. I highly recommend.

5 stars for the price paid. Clean, beds were comfy, showers were good. Staff was nice. Interior hallways and lobby could use some inexpensive remodels/sprucing up but otherwise fabulous hotel for the price point

We found this place a couple weeks ago on one of our trips to the area and are very glad we did! Beautiful secure motel with a gorgeous setting. The employees go out of their way to be as helpful as possible and it has great amenities for a very reasonable price. Very convenient to shops, food and business centers. We will always stay at Azure when we are in the area.

It's a nice enough place. Conveniently located. Not enough parking, maybe.. has a pool and spa im planning on dipping in tomorrow. Husband paid, so I can't review the price. But I'm guessing it was a deal

The lobby is gorgeous as well as the courtyard with the garden and fountain. The beds are extremely soft and very comfortable the rooms are a very nice size and for it being across from the airport and next to the convention center it is very quite

Staff was friendly but I had to go too the front desk 3x to ask for extra coffee (we're BIG coffee drinkers) and each time they'd give me either 1 or 2 packets 😳
They offer breakfast (free) and it's ok

The staff was awesome and my room was clean and I had a great time there

The Azure Hotel was a very nice stay. It’s a lovely hotel, they have a pool and jacuzzi - although we didn’t use either as we visited in winter but we checked it out when walking past and the pool area looked nice.

The room was very, very comfortable. The pillows were some of the comfiest pillows we have slept on in all the hotels we have visited. The hotel has a restaurant and bar inside which you get discount at when staying at the property.

The parking was free and there was lots of it. The breakfast included was great. Usually you only get continental but their breakfast had hot scrambled eggs and potatoes. They seem to change it up a little everyday, the first day we had scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns and the second day we stayed we had scrambled eggs with ham and potato wedges. They also were offering toast, jam, cereal, porridge, coffee and juice too.

They have a laundry room and ice machine, both were working fine. We only had one complaint about our stay and that was that there were no batteries in the safe, which we didn’t bother to ask to fix as our stay was short so we didn’t require cleaning. Other than this the hotel seemed to offer everything we needed whilst being affordable and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel breakfast was delicious, but they desperately need a bartender to help out with mimosas & bloody marys.

The room was beautiful and the service was awesome.

This is probably the best hotel I've been to in a long while. I'd give it a 4.5 star rating if that were an option. The bathtub in the superior room is HUGE and it fit both myself and my husband comfortably. The jets didn't work unfortunately but that's okay. I also loved how they provide shampoo and body wash in pump bottles. It cuts down on so much waste that other hotels do with the little plastic bottles.
The pool was way too cold for me but my kids didn't mind. The hot tub was hot and the jets worked great on that thankfully. I do wish they would check the pool area regularly to ensure guests are following the rules though because someone left their children unsupervised all day and night out there. Four of them, 10 and under, doing front flips into the 3.5ft end, diving in the hot tub, flipping the emergency shut off to the hot tub, and running around being obnoxious. We had our teen watch our younger children so we could have some kid free relax time in the hot tub after a very hard day but that didn't happen because of irresponsible parenting and lack of pool rule enforcement. I'd probably give it another chance if we're ever in the area again though.

I’ve stayed in Wyndham hotels all over the country for a similar price. This place was old school luxury. For the price this stay was posh. I paid more for a Days Inn in Blue Springs, MO. But at Azure Hotel & Suites, I got a business suite and an actual continental breakfast! The whole place was superb. Best stay I’ve had in 2 years!

Very spacious rooms with comfy beds I got one with a jacuzzi which made my evening after traveling cross country from New York. The location is very convenient to the airport. Only a 2 minute drive. Perfect stay.

Stayed in room 1130 for one night and it was amazing! From reserving the room to checking the staff at the front counter was very polite, respectful, and very pleasant doing business with them. Stayed at the hotel for a birthday party and the staff there did an amazing job decorating, catering, and the girl doing the margaritas was beyond indescribable! She was so quick and friendly handing out the margaritas! Very delicious to say the least. The cook and the manager were both very nice and did an outstanding job making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and I was impressed with how beautiful the hotel was maintained and looked. The house keeper working on the main floor the day of check out was working very hard and you could tell she took pride in what she did. Very nice clean rooms. Would definitely without hesitation stay there again! Thank you for all that you do to ensure our stay was beyond a 5 star rating!
