Stopped by the optical department today to see if my glasses could be saved. Jeff explained that he could try to fix them but no guarantee. Not only was he pleasant to talk to but his smile was contagious. He took his time and fixed them perfectly. Thank you Jeff, I’ll see you at exam time

I walked in to just grab a few items on Halloween and everyone was so nice. I needed help getting something from the makeup department and this young man named Deshawn came to assist me. Not only is he funny and personable, but he knows how to take charge and exemplify amazing customer service.

Today was one of those days that I understood that Human improvement still exists. After buying some bags, I forgot them and when I returned to the store the boy at the door had the bags saved to return them to me.

Most carts work, haven’t gotten COVID here yet, inventory is pretty good and the self checkout kiosk are fun/fast

I went to the Vision center to get a prescription. Dr. Vu did a thorough exam and his staff is great too. I have found a great optometrist.

Drove from Moreno valley to pick up this 25 piece set that was out of stock at all the other stores near me. Took the chance and went. Spoke with the operator and she was a sweetheart in helping me make sure it was in stock. Left with more than I was expecting. Great prices and deals.

The Auto Center took such good care of me! Staff was kind, & knowledgeable. Got my battery terminals replaced & headlights restored... FOR CHEAP! Walked out spending less than $50 and my car runs & looks much better.

I’ll be honest here and there the customer service throughout the different departments is hit or miss, but for the most part we have been going here for the last almost 3 years and never had a major issue. I do appreciate ALL the employees hard work and am grateful that the employees here are making it so we even have a store to be able to shop at, especially during this pandemic. I also really appreciate the associates that handle the curbside pickup. For the past 6 months I have used it sparingly but every time I never had a bad experience. Always nice associates, I have gotten the same younger guy or girl and they’re always nice! I appreciate all that they do, thank you!
