This Store had everything Good the quality of the Items in the store was over the top for me. The furniture, Dining room table beds. Christmas decorations Crystal gifts, High quality foods. I love this store. It's a must see store. Ontario location awesome

My experience with Big Lots was awesome I must say Big Lots has come a long way. I would like to thank the furniture manager by the name of Jim for all his help we appreciate great customer service. Now I hope that my five piece dining table last a very long time.

This is a " Happy Place" for my wife and me. There is a plethora of selections. Food, kitchen items, food for humans and pets, soda, furniture, and my favorite items, holiday decorations. Check it out before the upcoming holidays are here 👍🏼

This new location is so clean and welcoming, it makes me wanna stay longer than I should. The no sugar and health food selection is amazing as well!

I hadn't been at this "big lots"store before, I need to plan my day for sure next time I went in looking for easter egg coloring kit and found so much more. Great variety of furnishings, food, home interiors, beauty supplies, kitchenware, so much more. A fabulous place to visit!

My hat off to you. After many trips to a variety of hi end furniture stores, I received the best service here @ Big Lots Ontario. She was patient, took the time to gather and put my order together in addition gave my great ideas for decor! She has great insight on interior design. She's my girl! Thank you Jessica, you were extremely busy and gave all the customers 100% of your full attention and you cared to ask how you could help. This goes a long way and I appreciate you expertise and guidance in making my purchase. I will continue to shop at this store and make the commute to visit you for future purchases ;)

Really big very clean store. Lots of furniture at this one. My only complaint is the registers. This one they are lined up in a row not much counter space so you stand in this huge line until a cashier opens up, like Ross or the bank. I would rather several lines that way you get to pick which line your in and it seems to go faster.

Beautiful store! Very clean. A lot of space to move around and decent variety of items. Interaction with the employees I've uncountered has always been a positive. They been both helpful and friendly.

This store is big and beautiful. Great location relatively close to Mills Mall. I loved that all the furniture was on display and I had 3 different associates asked if I needed help. One checked inventory to make sure the sofa was in stock. Didn't buy the sofa yet, but the service so far has been excellent. Definitely recommend this store; fully stocked with friendly employees.

This location is far better stocked than most that I've gone to. They also have more items available in store, or so it seems. There are more floor samples or furniture and just seems cleaner too. I'll be coming back here first before I go to my local locations!

These days Big Lots can be a hit and miss when it comes to selection, cleanliness, and customer service. However, this one in Ontario had everything and more. Selection was too notch. Cleanliness was evident throughout and customer service was outstanding by 2 different associates.

Had just what we needed and saved alot of money. Have been avid shoppers for years and you came through again. Needed 2 different sizes in mattresses, with the savings and sales deals also got sheets, pillows and other items. Staff is helpful, friendly, and safe.

Looking for new throw pillows, I headed to the store on 4th St. only to find it closed. I looked on Google Maps to find the nearest store to the now closed one, and found this location. Great new store! Clean, bright and shelves nicely stocked. The employees are very nice and helpful. I'll definitely return.

Always went to big lot on foothill in rancho Cucamonga,but for the first time I took my mother to the store by the Ontario Mills mall the store was nice and clean ,employees were so helpful, wasn't alot of customers in the store but it was only 10:30 am,my mother found everything she was looking for and more ,we stayed in there for aleast 2 hrs..will return again,lots of parking

Very friendly staff and helpful in everything too. I've gone 3 times and always find myself being curtiously greeted by the manager. Adrina or Drina is the name. Thanks for the good service.

I love the Rancho Cucamonga store on Foothill and Vineyard the one by Ontario Mills needs a lot of help I don't understand why their prices are higher there than they are Ontario plus I didn't get the 20% off the items that were on sale but that's okay I'm going back to my original store at Foothill and Vineyard on the north side of the street awesome team awesome stuff good service more than one cashier and they're much smaller store but everybody needs help every has to start somewhere right thanks Big Lots

I went to Fontana Big Lots on Foothill and to my surprise the bed side tables matching my dresser were on clearance tonight, although they only had one floor model. She called around and there were 4 at Ontario Big Lots behind Ontario Mills. She told them to hold 2 for me in boxes. They were originally $249 last week and today, they were $150. They' re not carrying the set anymore. You really have to pop in Big Lots regularly, you'll find bargains on their clearances.

Wow! Is what I said when I went here to Big lots. Furniture now too! First time here for years store was clean and full of all your favorite bargains too. Easy in easy out.love this store
