DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport

Great location close to the airport. Lots of amenities. Nice pool area for kids and business people to relax. Airport shuttle runs consistently throughout the entire day. Fresh warm cookies upon checking in. Restaurant, bar and café on site for breakfast and dinner. Definitely will be back to this location when I’m in the area.

Great Hilton hotel.. Excellent service by the staff, will go above and beyond, to guarantee a great stay.. Friendly, nice, pleasant, informative, and patient.. Dinner was outstanding, pricey.. But well worth it.. We went dancing at "Misty's Lounge", located in the hotel.. It was pretty good, yet packed, full house.. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and I especially, loved the bathroom set up.. Didn't care much for the closet tho.. But all in all I had a wonderful time and stay at the "Doubletree Hilton" hotel in Ontario, CA.. I highly, recommend it..

After a long day of travels, I finally unpacked in my room then walked to the vineyards bar for a late night bite and some wine before bedtime. The wings were excellent, the wine was amazing, and the service was outstanding. I was waited on by Bianca and she couldn’t be any more pleasant if she tired. She presented the menu and offered some suggestions and I was a happy guest from the start. Peter then followed up and asked how my evening was and I offered my compliments so I hope those get passed to Bianca and the amazing kitchen and bar staff. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and can’t wait to come back sometime soon.

Service was excellent. So was location, right off the fwy and next to the airport. Didn't hear the air traffic. Quiet.

They absolutely took care of me. Here I see people saying they're not happy with certain things but my overall stay was very pleasing. They give you cookies at the front desk which is nice anytime you ask also My room was nice. The only thing they need to update is to shower head. Other than that I was very happy. Would definitely recommend staying here. I was on the first floor The hotel staff is very friendly, overall awesome experience.. was here for a work conference and the steakhouse was delicious. Everyone who works there did a great job 😎

We stayed in Building 3, Room 3249. The room was updated and clean with a view of the courtyard. This was the closest location to the Ontario Convention Center. The bed was too soft for us but we like firm mattresses. The pillows were also extremely soft. I loved having the large size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom. The room had a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. The big negative was the bathroom sink. It was clogged and the maintenance never fixed it during our stay.

It was a quick walk to the front desk. Conveniently located Starbucks in the front lobby, along with a small convenience center. However, they do not accept the Starbucks app. We ate twice at Porter’s. The sea bass was EXCELLENT!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff were great, except for one minor incident. Front staff, if a customer wants their room serviced that day, don't tell them it's scheduled to be cleaned a different day. The house cleaning staff made up for it, because when I returned my room was clean. The bar staff both in the lobby and at Misty's were great. Props to Jeff at Misty's and Diana at the lobby bar for providing great service. Misty's had outstanding music and the place was packed. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this isn't it. This place is only for fun people. Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic location, especially next to the convention center. Beautiful grounds and well-maintained rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My favorite hotel when I'm in this area. Great location close to the airport and wonderful staff. I always feel like I am home when I stay here.

We loved staying in this Hilton Location! The rooms were large and spacious. They also had a nice heated Jacuzzi where the kids stayed , perfect service as well in the breakfast dine in. Thank you so much we will be back!

Great place for a company, Christmas party, food was good and service was spectacular. Will book our next Christmas party 2024 and do it again.

This was a business trip. The food at the bar is very good. A little understaffed.

We went to the lounge/bar called Misty's to see a band, B.I.G. The line was long to get in, so must get there early when this band plays there. Excellent service, food, and drinks great!! The band was fun and great 80's-90's music!! Fun crowd drawn to this band. Did not stay at hotel, but I thought this was important for those seeking entertainment and a great night out!

I stayed two separate nights last week. I actually stay here several nights a year whenever flying out of Ontario. The hotel has several dining options. It has a Starbucks in the lobby. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The heat/ air conditioner worked well. Their breakfast is fantastic. I thought the call in dinner and pick up worked really well when you need to stay in the room and work. Room service would be better, but the process was very efficient. The gym is also well equipped. Overall, a very good stay

Nice experience after a long flight.
Very good customer service and the staff is very nice and friendly.
Wish they rearrange the way how rooms are numbered as for sure my self and another guest got lost looking for our rooms.
Recommended!

Nice hotel, convenient location one staff member was not very kind

Was a really nice hotel. Everything was clean and fresh. Customer service was great and Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products. The halls smell so good from everyone walking around after showering using same soap lol. Got married in 2007 at the LaS Vegas Hilton and we have been loyal Hilton customers ever since.

There's almost nothing bad about this hotel the layout the location the staff? Absolutely wonderful I stayed here for 4 days and it was very comfortable nice. One thing to note is the ac only goes to 65 degrees but there's a way to make it go to 60 so keep that in mind.

Awesome room! The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing but the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very quiet and exceptionally clean. The night manager was rude to me when I requested a room with a king size bed as my reservation stipulated but everyone else was super friendly and helpful. I hung out by the pool all evening and it was peaceful and relaxing. There's a nice water feature right next to the pool with large comfy ottomans to lounge on. I loved it. 😊🤍
