Target

Did a drive up order, it’s Black Friday, and yes the parking lot was a zoo, haven’t been inside this store, did a target drive up order and allllllll the spaces were open, my item was brought out very quickly, which was out of stock elsewhere, and the young woman who brought it out was very nice and helpful. Recommend this location, well lit and felt safe.

Always well stocked and get everything you need. Customer service for returns is very good and quick. There will be lines sometimes, but does move fast.

First time at this Target, it was nice, we noticed a lot of staff busy working. I thought that was good because it was easy to find someone to help us. We needed assistance and found Renz who went about and beyond to assist us. He stopped what he was doing to run to the back and pull out more stock for an item that had no more on the shelf in the storage. We really appreciated the effort of Renz and hope he gets recognized for all his efforts. Thank you!

Target has some really caring associates.

One visit to this Target, there was a man named Eduardo at the Customer service desk. I've met him a few times, and he’s always very kind, smiley and he laughs at all my jokes. haha

Eduardo had to leave to help a customer who was at the counter. He came and acknowledged me and said "Do you have a return?" I said "yes" he said "I'll be right back to help you, ok?" That meant a lot! That's very thoughtful! Most employees would not acknowledge a customer like that, they would just go about taking care of the others and leave us all to wonder and feel like the business doesn't appreciate us and our time. Little things like this MEAN A LOT! I told Eduardo, and I wanna tell Google too! Y’all need to know! Several employees have consistently gone the extra mile for me. “The extra mile” for me (WHICH IS SO SAD if you think about it) means EXTRA smiles, they know my name, they come to me--WHEN THEY ARE NOT ON THE CLOCK (sometimes) and say “How you doin, Liberty” I do not say “I’m thinkin’ about killing myself” but THAT IS THE REALITY! (some days)

THERE ARE MANY kind, caring and thoughtful Target associates, and I may be leaving some out: Jordan, Austin, Emiliano, Tatiana (another manager) Joshua, Rebecca, Edward, Gala, Betsy, Tami, Emiliano, another Eduardo--so many others…

Both Jamie, Eduardo (2nd one) & Jordan always says “Hi Liberty!” (and wave when they see me (because I’m always listening to music, sermons or personal development/ education podcasts).

On December 22, I asked the cashier (Joshua? Matthew? my bad) if he could let me know when this National Geographic “Longevity” magazine expires. :”If it’s still here, maybe they would give it to me instead of throwing it out” I said. He called Balen (The manager) and she gave me the magazine on the spot! It’s the only (AND ONE OF THE BEST EVER) Christmas gifts I received!

BUT THE GREATEST GIFT OF ALL TIME: getting my faith back that humans can be kind and care for humans and work together to make our community a better place.

TAKE A LESSON FROM THESE TARGET EMPLOYEES: THIS IS BUSINESS BUT BUSINESS IS LIFE!

EVEN IF someone seems like they don’t want to be acknowledged, or maybe they scare you. They may look mean or maybe they are visibly dirty or smell bad--TRUST ME--ACKNOWLEDGE THEM! THEY WANT IT! EVERYONE is going through something and a SIMPLE SMILE, WAVE OR “Hi Liberty!” (Insert your name here) Can be the difference between life and death! YOU CAN HELP SOMEONE SURVIVE TODAY! IT IS THAT easy!

The store itself is always clean, neat and organized I can't say the same about the bathrooms. The workers are very helpful when asked and not overbearing and pushy (Thank you for not following people around that's uncomfortable). The Starbucks crew are pretty nice and I like that they still have the mini pizza bar not too many Target's still have those and The lines are usually pretty long but hey it's Target they got good stuff❤

Target 🎯 is always a fun and exciting trip experience for me. I know my order is always accurate. They always have what I’m looking for.

Targets Shop Online Service was extremely easy as well as the drive up, stay in your car and order was brought to me. NO CROWD DAY!!! LOVED IT

I've never been to a brightly lit and spaciously arranged Target before. It was very enjoyable to shop there. ☺

Always use self checkout here. The worker that was overseeing this was very friendly and helpful! Store is generally clean and well stocked.

I go to Target about twice a month. In San Francisco the store is convenient, there is ample parking (important in San Francisco), the employees are polite, helpful & knowledgeable.

Today meeting my good friend. At Target parking lot. It's the half way point. She lives in Ontario, I live in Rancho Cucamonga. It works out for us both. A visit in Target is always a plus.

We had some questions about products in the bread aisle, and Daniel G was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He gave us the information we were looking for. Our cashier, Theresa was also friendly and engaging. Overall, a great visit at Ontario Target.

I'm never really disappointed leaving this place. I just end up over spending every time though 😅
