This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff at Discover Baja is well informed, professional and so cheerful that it is obvious they love their jobs. We were taken care of mainly by Maythé who basically took us by the hand and walked us through getting the right policy and what to expect crossing the border. I felt totally confident after our calls. I wish all businesses had the kind of customer service we received at Discover Baja!

Great club, helped us get a good deal on Mexican insurance for our visit to Baja. FYI, 1 year rate for auto insurance cost less than 1 month rate.

Excellent staff. I highly recommend talking to Maythe, she is very professional and got my TIP for my fishing vessel and when I need to get my FMM and other paperwork, she gets it done in a timely manner. She deserves a pay raise.

If you are a boater wanting to visit Mexican waters, save yourself time and effort by joining Discover Baja and let them process all the paperwork for your boat and passengers. I visited their office in University City and I supplied my passport, boat registration, motor serial number and clear phone image of my passenger's passport and they handled everything for a small fee. I would have had to wait longer if I'd done everything myself and would have missed a window to go south during an out of town friend's visit.
Hint: buy a group membership that you and your friends can share.

If you are going to Mexico this is a must join. They are amazing in here and have such a wealth of information for your travels along with assistance if you are gong to drive down or even live in Mexico. They can get you auto insurance travel permits and offer advice o.j. crossing over the border with goods.

All things Baja. They put out a monthly newsletter that is chocked full of inspiration, sign up for it! Books, maps, insurance, local knowledge, they have it all!
