Great customer service, professional staff with good product knowledge handled me, ensuring me to get the right boots for my work and the right boot fittings.

Came in last week as I was visiting from North California (the true north :-) ) where no Red Wing store exist.
Measurements were a tad off, but we kept on trying shoes until the size was right. Unfortunately for my size I needed wider shoes (E2) that they did not have in stock.
Just received my shoes ordered online, and these are great fit!
I could not have guess the right size/width without that trip to the store. Super helpful, nice and patient people there! Thanks

Eddie and Isa (sorry if spelling incorrectly) helped me out over my 2 visits and they were both fantastic! So informative, helpful and patient. They took all the time needed to make me understand what I need, how it should fit and helped with ordering exactly what I wanted. Even though the color and size I wanted weren't available in store (since I was being so picky), they quickly ordered and it arrived and was ready for pickup less than a week later. Amazing service!!

I came here for my very 1st time on Saturday since my job requires the use of steel toe boots.

I arrived with knowledge my colleagues had passed onto me and obviously being new at this, the information I passed on upon my arrival at Red Wing most likely wasnt the best, but let me tell you Eddie was simply AMAZING!!!

He was there the first day I went and he helped me get fitted for the proper boots.

Since they were out of stock on the boots I wanted in my size, I placed the order and Eddie told me I would have to pick the shoes up in a week. To my surprise, I only had to wait 3 days for boots to arrive! :D

Eddie was here the day I picked up too and he remembered me from when I first came. He's such a great guy, has an amazing personality as and he really cares about his clients! The store was pretty full on both days but the service was still phenomenal!!! Not to mention that Eddie had all the clients talking and joking around which made the shoe fitting proces so much comfortable

If you need high quality work boots and you feel uncomfortable trying to figure it out on your own, come to Red Wing and definitely ask for Eddie!!!

First I want to say that I called in and told me they would call me back, which I can respect because you always deal with your in house customers first. Secondly, the man who helped me had so many shoes out to me so fast that what I expected to be a 90 or so minute trip, turned into 10 minutes out the door. The knowledgeable staff and great customer service are what sold me immediately. I've been a Red Wing customer since I've had to wear boots and your employees at this store just cemented why I keep coming back. I've worn these boots in over 15 states in every season imaginable and some that you wish you wouldn't imagine and I've always had warm, dry, safe feet as long as they're in Red Wings. The shoes are impeccable quality and the warranties and staff are always second to none. Hopefully I'll get another 7 years out of these new boots and then be back to this store to have them help me again.

Eddie and his team are the best. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable about their products! I drove down from Oceanside to get three pairs of boots conditioned and originally was told they’d most likely be ready tomorrow, standard wait time, but after I explained my drive down he had it ready within the hour. Good leadership and customer connection will always bring people back, I know I will. Also I’ve never take the time to do this because I think reviews aren’t normally that helpful.

I have been looking for my typical Red Wing shoes for 6 months. Finally today Ariana at the National City store and Doris at the Clairemont Mesa store hooked me up. Get my new shoes in a few days! Those are true Red Wing hard working employees! Rock on Ladies❤

I have been buying Red Wings work boots for years. This is my 5th pair. The staff is helpful and the have good records of previous purchases.

Very happy with the company in general and with the Escondido store in particular. Had to return a pair of boots that weren't going to work and got an exchange no problem. Juan is very easy going and helpful. Would recommend and will be going back.

These boots are the cadillac for all builders and anybody who wants a 10yr+ pair of boots.
-Low to no break in period
-very comfortable- i use sole inserts.
-Durable uppers and soles.
-yes, these are at the upper end of the price range. However I would wear out a 100 dollar pair of boots in 8 months.
-lifetime laces and upper stitching i believe.
-soles last around 2 years, uppers can last 5-10 depending on how you abuse them. but yes, they are re-soleable, so you don't have to rebreak.

Here's the deal with this location. I went in to get a old pair of boots resoled. bought another pair to wear during the 1 week that takes. Everybody was informative, nice, helpful. They even cleaned up the pair the brought in and they were wiped out, like black. Took them an extra day to do that but they took the extra step when they didn't have to.

negatives- I don't really like the red wing laces until they get broke in.

My experience was amazing, the sales man was the best very helpful and respectful.

I swear by redwing boots. They are the most comfortable and last a lot longer than other brands. I have worked construction for over 30 years trust me. The staff are great and personal

Wonderful boots and wonderful service. I tried to get different boots and my feet never stopped hurting. With red wings though no pain. Free repair and oiling for the life of the boot.
