I ordered balloons and LED lights for my 40th Birthday Party. The setup was quick and easy. All email correspondences have been clear, concise and helpful. The LED lights are rented and the balloons are for keep if you like, or they can "strike" the balloons at the end of the event if you prefer. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant buying balloons for an outdoor party we had this weekend for the simple fact it was going to be HOT. Well NO balloons pooped and survived two days in 80+ degree weather. I called the store before placing my order to make sure if these balloons would last and they stated they are high quality balloons but there are not guaranteed depending on how hot it would be and I was genuinely surprised when I saw how well these balloons golfed up for 2 in a half days in 80 degree weather. I total recommend and they’re super affordable

I love working with vendors who are quick to respond, super positive and willing to go the extra mile. Mark picked up the phone right away, answered all of my questions, and helped me place my order. On the day of the delivery, Kathy made such a great effort to deliver my balloons, in spite of the fact that the address I provided was not as specific as we had hoped. (This wasn't an easy building to find!). When Kathy called me, I was nervous that she would be impatient or annoyed, but she was completely the opposite!! You know how you can tell someone is smiling over the phone? THAT was Kathy. She not only found the correct building for me, she also texted me a photo of the balloons in the hand of my special birthday girl.

I did one of the pre-set balloon bouquets he offered (I added an extra bubble balloon to the cluster and left it to his expertise to decide the color palette) along with two huge mylar number balloons. Mark’s happy to collaborate to come up with the arrangement that met our needs and offered helpful suggestions. Grateful that delivery was available in our area and I really appreciated the ETA updates he sent out leading up to his arrival. I don’t know how you do it, M, but this is a top-notch production and I’m so happy that your small business is around to bring joy to San Diego County.
