Tekniton contacted within 24 hours after I opened my repair claim with the manufacturer; they helped to schedule an appointment, which was about a week out. Elliott arrived on the agreed upon date and well within the expected time window, was courteous and respectful of our home. He knew what he was doing and was happy to talk me through the troubleshooting process and, in our case, was able to get us up and running again after an hour. Thank you so much!

God awful experiences with them.
After a two week wait for an appt to fix our fully brand new $3k Samsung fridge, the tech replaced the motherboard, only to have it fry out 93 days later (3 days after the part warranty expired), so we had to go back through Samsung warranty again (which takes forever).
Second time around, we had to wait three weeks in mid-summer without a fridge for an appt.
On the day of the appt, no tech showed. Waited on hold for 25 mis only to be told the appt got pushed to the next day.

Worst customer service ever... very rude and arrogant. Long waiting time to get to a representative. I DO NOT recommend this place to NO one! 🚫
