Pretty cool Japanese figures store! There are many animation character stuffs here! It reminds me of Tokyo a little bit!
If you like to get something Japanese stuff, I believe this is a good store to have a look at!!

Children’s paradise! I felt so nostalgic walking through the store. I wanted all the Sanrio and Pokemon they had. The spam and cup of noodle items were super cute too!

Super cute, large Japanese market with diverse selection of collectibles, makeup products, practical house appliances, and Knick knacks imported from Japan. Love the authenticity and aesthetic of the entire place, it makes a great place to find gifts for friends! The person checking out spoke to us in Japanese, which I loved. Definitely recommend! Easy parking lot and you can walk next door to another Japanese market full of snacks, drinks, and ramen. And there is also a nearby Japanese grocery store with fresh meats and produce!

It had been a few years since I last visited this store. The name has changed, but the merchandise has fairly remained the same except that now there were more anime merch and beauty products. My daughter and I got lost in the store for nearly 2 hours; inspecting and reinspecting everything we liked. We loved seeing items from our favorite anime, loved all the adorable housewares and trinkets. We definitely left with more items than we needed, but absolutely had no regrets. A return visit is imminent.

Tons of unique, imported products from Japan. They sell hobbyist items from anime and Tokusatsu in addition to home goods and beauty products. It's a huge selection and you could easily spend an hour looking at the products. The store itself is clean and the staff are friendly. Some of the prices are higher than you'd expect, but considering import fees, it's reasonable. The building is part of a small collection of stores under the Marukai/Tokyo Central name located right next to each other. Parking is a pain, so you may have to wander to find a place to park. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in San Diego

This is a part of a center that sells basic groceries in one building, Asian foods in another, and finally Japanese products in the third. The parking here is horrible and you may need to drive around like a vulture searching for a carcass. When you do park and make your way into here you will likely be pleased. The selection is the best I have come across so far. Some items were out of stock, but I assume this was because of supply shortages. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were ok. Not a deal, but reasonable. I did have to use the restroom while there and they told me there wasn't one. So I had to go next door and leave earlier than I wanted to. But I would go back if I lived in the area. I don't think I will be passing through there anytime soon and I wouldn't go out of my way just to visit this one shop.

If you are looking for authentic Japanese novelties and more, this is the place to go. They have all kinds of cool, unique items from Japan. This location has a total of 3 stores within the same shopping center selling a variety of Japanese things from groceries, sweets, home goods and beauty products. I love shopping 🛍 here. #msperatv

This was a really fun place to visit. There were tons of toys, skincare, home items, and the other building is a great big grocery store.

This place is like stepping into every shop in Tokyo all rolled into one - I loved it! Halloween is just around the corner and they've got what you need, with added Japanese flair. And there's plenty of good stuff for the rest of the year too. I walked in out of curiosity and ended up going back to my car for four shopping bags to hold $50 work of treats for my family - and me of course!

Anime! Anime! Anime! This store has tons of anime stuff my kiddos had so much fun!!! Kinda pricey. $60 tshirts but they have tons of selection! They have food, drinks, merchandise, toys, school supplies, personal care, apparel, collector's items. Bring lots of money as you'll be spending a lot more than you think you would.

Love, love, love this store!! I recently went to Japan for 2 weeks and was introduced to the culture and bath/beauty products. I loaded up on 50lb worth of stuff and brought home, only to find Tokyo Central & Main a few miles from home!! This is my new favorite store in San Diego!!

Very big Market with a lot to see. I don't know if this store is a cosmetics, home, anime, ect. Given how many different things they have here. Although there's alot, everything is very well organized making it easy to find what you are looking for. Prices are good and I recommend stopping by even for just the essentials.

Very large variety and selection of Japanese snacks and candy. Also had Japanese beauty products and anime toys and figures. Will make it my one stop shop for anime merch and snacks in San Diego!! Parking wasnt too bad, missed it the first time around. Had to go around twice. Have really good specials on food and snacks!

We always stop by here to see whats new japanese stuff they have. Love thier Gundam figures.

Cool spot plenty of items to peruse. No parking always crowded though unless you go towards closing time. Restaurants and groceries next door. Lots of knick knacks to purchase.

It was good. If you need knick knacks, organizing tools, or asian beauty stuff and Japanese electric appliances. They also have a gunpla (gundam) model.kits section.

This place is amazing for japanese imports. Would recommend people to come check this out for gifts and merchandise. The imported snacks and beverages are amazing top quality too. Have fun gazing at every little merchandise stocked!

Such a great variety of Japanese products 😍. A little disappointed they don't cary costumes like they used to.but still a great place to go for sanrio stuff too.

I feel like I went back to Japan! It has everything from anime to Gundam to hello kitty to make up to cookware .. it has everything!
