I go to Carlsbad Shores Family Dentistry for my bi-annual teeth cleaning. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and the dentist Dr. Hariri is honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

Dr. Diep did my crown and I had a great experience. He was very Professional, Courteous and Friendly. I felt right at ease and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We're on vacation. My 8 year old son woke up in pain. At 8 am on Sunday Dr. Hariri treated my son and alleviated his pain at a fair cost. Carlsbad is lucky to have Dr. Hariri.

This dentistry office is by far the best dental experience in my 25 years of going. From adult and childhood trauma to learning to trust Dr. Hariri with my care has been such a blessing. If you suffer with dental anxiety, let him change it. He will! They cater to military insurance and are great with kids too!

I recently had my first visit to Carlsbad Shores Dentistry. Kimia my hygienist was very pleasant and gentle during my teeth cleaning. I also had some older fillings replaced. Dr Hariri is compassionate and made every effort to take the anxiety out of my visit. I'm very happy I've found my family dentistry!

What an amazing Dr Hariri is along with his amazing and friendly staff. I have been scared of going to the dentist in the past and now I actually like to go. He is gentle, explains everything to me before any work is done. The office is warm, inviting with gorgeous decor. And the free cooffee is delicious also! Dr Hariri is an outstanding dentist. I had a lingering sensitivity that puzzled my well respected dentist in London for months. A month after I moved to Carlsbad the sensitivity developed into a searing pain. I went to see a highly rated dental clinic in Encinitas but their approach to patient care made me doubt their diagnosis and the solution they suggested which was to extract the wisdom tooth . I decided to seek a second opinion, and chose to visit Dr Hariri’s office based on information on his website and also because of good reviews. I am very pleased that I did. Dr Hariri took the time to collate a history of the problem, he addressed all my questions and went through possible solutions. He thought outside the box and he diagnosed a gum infection rather than a fractured tooth. He carried out deep cleaning of the affected area and prescribed antibiotics. The pain got much better in a day. I have now completed the antibiotics course and I am pain free. The sensitivity seems to have disappeared too. I highly recommend Dr Hariri because his approach is patient centred.

I've been going here for about a 3 years now, and I must say Dr. Hariri and his staff are excellent. Dr. Hariri takes his time and is the most caring dentist I've had. There is nothing bad I can say, and the good is way too long to list. It's always a pleasure going here. I have, and will continue to recommend going to this office. After a veneer popped off of my front tooth late one Friday, I tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with my regular dentist. I googled emergency dentists near me and found Dr. Hariri’s office. When I called I was directed immediately to a number where he could be reached and he answered right away. He met me at 8 am the next morning at his office to fix my tooth. He is very gentle and precise and my tooth looks and feels better than the original placement. He also explained other options besides veneers in case I need to replace them in the future. I was very relieved to have been able to take care of my veneer so quickly as well as impressed with Dr. Hariri’s expertise. I intend to use Dr. Hariri’s office from now on for all my future dental care.

My dentist Dr Hariri is extremely professional, caring and meticulous. I came in with an extremely painful tooth and never felt any pain or discomfort during the procedure. I followed Dr. Hariri from Chicago to San Diego only because of his attention to detail and perfectionism. I am a dental lab technician and I know perfect. I had all my front teeth done in a smile makeover. I have never had a more comfortable dental experience in my life. I had absolutely no pain during and after. My completed smile looks phenomenal. I look 10 years younger and I receive compliments from friends and family continuously. The shape and shade of my teeth are perfect, spot on. Dr. Hariri and his staff are great. They always go out of their way to take care of whatever your needs are - whether it's coming in for an emergency, or just fitting you in at a convenient time for a checkup. Dr. Hariri's technique is great and he always makes things as easy and painless as possible. He's always upfront about what treatment you'll need, but he never lectures you or makes you feel bad or guilty about whatever teeth problems you might have. Also, I appreciate that they seem to keep up with the latest technology and have amenities like TVs with Netflix set up at every chair.

I have intense anxiety with dentists after a few bad experiences when I was younger. In the nearly twenty years since, this is the first dentist who's had me completely at ease. Dr. Hariri and ALL his wonderful staff are incredible, and the office itself really puts me at ease. The front lobby looks like a comfortable living room instead of a sterile waiting room, and they have Netflix on TVs to watch while they're working on you! Great way to distract my anxious thoughts. They are extremely accommodating, and Dr. Hariri constantly checks in during a procedure to make sure I'm doing okay. The rest of his staff makes me feel comfortable and welcome, they're always so upbeat! I don't get the impression they're "just doing a job". My only regret is not finding them sooner!

I had such a great first experience at Carlsbad Shores Family Dentistry. For my first exam, they were forgiving of me being late, still went through a very detailed exam with explanation, answered all my questions, and took time to make me feel welcome and at ease with everything they were doing. The entire staff at this office are just simply amazing. They treat you like family and make you feel at home. Doctor Hariri himself always comes and greets you and welcomes you. They explain everything well and are very honest. The coffee in the morning is just a plus there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I drive from Kearny Mesa to see these guys, because they are the best dentistry I've been to.
