Fast, fantastic service. I brought my 2016 income tax to Stacey, and not only did she get me a sizeable return, she also amended my 2015 taxes for an additional return! I can't rate this service highly enough.

I would not recommend this business to anybody it’s incredible that Stacey has been in business so long I told her I was in a time crunch because I was going away 3/31-4/14 she told me no problem she never got back to me if she needed anything else I sent emails I left voicemails to no avail.

She had never told me how much it is ( she was suppose to call by the following week)she was supposed to get back to me to let me know if there’s anything else she needed I told her when it needed to be done

Here we are two days before it was supposed to be done I finally got a hold of somebody by calling AGAIN they told me they misfiled my paperwork!

Not only was it not done by the time promised it wasn’t even started! I decided to pick up my paperwork and start all over again finding someone else

I picked up my folder my last name which is very easy five letters it was misspelled on the folder that’s why they couldn’t find me how could they have made such an incompetent (INACCURATE)mistake when all the paperwork inside the folder has my name on it!

At this point it should have been filed whatever I have to pay the IRS should’ve already been completed today instead I picked up my paperwork!

Instead of Always Accurate it’s name to me is Always Inaccurate. Wish I read Yelp & Google Reviews first.

Let me start by saying this is my first review of anything ever. I typically don't care about leaving a review but Always Accurate Accounting changed this for me. It's very simple. Starting off, Stacy was very nice and reassuring, however, that is where it ended. 3 months of zero responses to emails and phone calls i finally went down to the office to pick up my documents. 3 months and she still hadn't even started my tax return. Meanwhile i also hired her to do my bookkeeping and payroll. Never heard anything from her. No emails, no phone calls, just totally ignored me. She probably has enough business that my 200 bucks a month doesn't mean much and i get that but please let me know. I have a business to run and taxes that need to be paid. The absolute worst experience and most unprofessional accountant i have ever encountered. Stay away!!!!!!

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Went to get my taxes done here and they were incredibly unprofessional. I went before taxes were due, but instead of filing my taxes they just filed an extension without telling me. I also had a correction I needed made on a previous year which had a deadline and they missed the deadline and didn’t bother to tell me. I tried following up to see when my taxes would be done and they were incredibly unresponsive. I never got a call or email back or any kind of update. Eventually I just went and picked up all my documents and now need to find someone else to do them. Save yourself the time and frustration, go literally anywhere else.

I met with Stacey in April and it's October and she still has not finished my tax return and has been very poor in returning my calls. I've called 5 times, weeks apart giving her plenty of buffer to return my call knowing she's the sole prop of a small business and 48 hours may even be a stretch. She is sitting on all my personal financial details and we're approaching the 15th with a limited window to file. When having to explain my frustration to her admin, she says she's relaying the message and can't give me a reason of why Stacey is not getting back to me and I'm not the only one. I'm at an absolute breaking point of patience with her. I don't know how she is staying in business if this is how she treats customers. I highly advise any person not to do hire this company and take your business elsewhere where people are competent and attentive to following through.

Was a faithful customer and even referred friends. They made a mistake on my return in 2016 and i had my return the next 2 years taken. Stacy said she would take care of it but its been about 8 months since i told her, no calls, no updates, when i called they say they will call me back, never do. I was very disappointed in the UNPROFESSIONAL manner that they handled THEIR mistake! Like a person ducking someone they owe money too. Im still waiting for someone to tell me something. I would have hoped that they took ownership of the mistake, i would be much more patient, but Stacy won't even call to give an update! Everytime i call, her staff have no knowledge of my issue, and then, say they will call me back and never do. Horrible customer service and a lack of responsibility. Ill be calling the freinds I have referred to change offices before something financially devastating happens to them.

After repeatedly requesting to get my 2017 (and 2016) taxes done, I was brushed aside with "ah, yes, I need to get to those taxes". The tax deadline was approaching, so I asked that if they weren't going to have my taxes done, that they submit an extension. They said "OK".

Apparently they did not submit an extension, did my taxes very late, and now I have a $1,200 fine due to them not fulfilling their word. I can't even get Stacey on the phone, or speak with her in her office, or get a response from repeated emails despite numerous promises to do so to get some help with this.

Stay away from Always Accurate. They lack integrity entirely. They do not fulfill on their word.

Our first meeting went well I had no reason to doubt she wouldn't work for us. I was looking for Quickbooks help and needed someone for our company & personal taxes. After she looked over our accounts we set another appointment with her in 3 weeks, I showed up a few minuets early and she was no where to be found. Her assistant said that she was on vacation and 1 minuet later she texted me asking to reschedule, I said no problem. Today was my next appointment, I'm there a few minuets early... just waiting. Finally 30 minuets after my scheduled time I asked the receptionist if she was coming. She said "I don't know", I asked her if she could call and she did. The OWNER/OPERATOR wouldn't even pick up her phone now being 30+ minuets late. I asked the receptionist for my 2015 tax folder (for another firm where i used to live) back so I could find another person to do my taxes and she went to look for it and informed me that it's lost. WITH ALL MY PERSONAL AND BUSINESS INFORMATION, they just LOST it. I could not believe a place could be so unorganized. It's so rude to stand up clients and waste their time TWICE. Don't waste your time here or put your personal info at risk.
