10/10 this is the best pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff are super efficient, courteous and friendly. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and its obvious the whole team loves what they do. I have had so many consistently wonderful experiences for the usually tedious chore it is to go pick up medications. Keep up the good work Rite Aid OB!!

Visited this RiteAid store for the first time recently and this is by far the best RiteAid I've shopped at. The store manager, Steve greeted me when I entered the store and was very welcoming. I needed help finding a product and he immediately stopped what he was doing and assisted me. The store was organized and clean. Decided to get a scoop of ice cream on the way out and it was so gooooddd! Definitely plan to come back to this store in the near future. Actually prefer this store over CVS. Great customer service!

The Pharmacy at this store is beyond and above what you might expect at a busy store. The Pharmacist and Associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I have been going there for almost 30 years. That should say it all.

One of my very favorite places to shop. They have great deals when you sign up with their rewards program. They have a $1 / $2 isle . The workers are nice and welcoming. They remember you when you come around frequently. Also they're dog friendly! They will even ask to give your dog a treat if it's not too busy, usually during checkout.

Great customer service! Came in looking for Mute sleeping aids. When the cashier's didn't know where it was located at, they called the pharmacy and eventually the manager came and helped. Above and beyond just to help me out and he was able to find what I was looking for!

Love coming here for quick needs! I feel like I’m always dropping by for random things and every time I ask for help, the staff is always sooo willing! Clean store and they always have everything I need! (:

On vacation starting my first day of IVF meds and found out my coordinator gave me the wrong size needles for my medication. Called the pharmacy and was pleasantly greeted by Dominique, who I explained the situation to. She said come to the pharmacy and they would help me. I showed up and Dominique and the pharmacist were even nicer in person. They gave me all that I needed and more and assured me everything would be ok and not to give up. They were honestly so nice and helpful and I was so happy to have met them on my vacation. Very good people with a huge heart. I mentioned I needed visine because I was crying the night before, thinking I was gonna miss this cycle due to not getting my meds on time and I also needed a sharps box and Dominique took it upon herself to grab it for me while the pharmacist was walking me thru my needles and how to properly use them. Those two were just so refreshing and good to know there are still good people in the world. Thank you Dominique and the pharmacist….you both are very kindhearted and it was so very appreciated by this customer! Bless you both!

Good people there…let my family use their restroom while every other establishment in the town had this “no public restroom” stance (& signs). Rite Aid deserves 5 stars for “being human”

I’ve read a few complaints about this location but I’ve always found the cashiers and staff to be very nice and extremely helpful. Sometimes the line gets slow but almost always another checker will come up and run 2 cash stations simultaneously, equaling 3 checkouts. Everything stays stocked pretty well too. My only complaint is homeless in the parking lot or out front.

We’re locals and can attest that this store has everything. Their store brand products are the best! Shop their post-holidays sales for the lowest prices and best deals. Last minute gift? They have everything you need; gift, card, tissue/wrap, gift bag, done. The staff here will help you no matter the time of day or night. Show up in your pj’s or a costume - they don’t bat an eye.

I recently had my hip replaced and had a lot of medical/medication needs as a result. Nikki from the Pharmacy was SOOOOO helpful and called me several times to explain the ins/outs of what I needed from insurance as well as recognized me voice when I came in to pick up my medication. She is extremely warm and hospitable which is much appreciated, especially when dealing with a pharmacy. Thank you Nikki, RiteAid is lucky to have such an awesome and professional employee!

Dominique and Patti were the best today! I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade and they always help me so much. Please give them some kind of recognition because they always go above and beyond!

Just stop by for my booster shot and some stuff. However, I Just wanted to express how I was very suppressed with everyone here! Dominique from the pharmacy was extremely professional and kind. Troy & his cashier #56475377 was all masked up and very efficient when it came to getting folks through the line as well showing great customer service!

The friendliest pharmacy staff I've ever had at any pharmacy. This location is the best. The only issue is that parking can sometimes be tricky, but only when there are nearby events.

I love my jurupa valley ca store. They treat me like a regular customer, which I am and we have conversations during my time there.

the staff here go out of their way to speed things up so you don’t wait too long, they remember your name and work to make sure you get the best price. I have move all of by business to them although there are several other pharmacies that are closer.

Worked there as a front end cashier for a few months and it was a priviledge to work at such a wonderful location and with such a great and kind staff. Miss all of you guys. Sending lots of love from the Czech Republic to the team and customers!

Great service in this store, everyone is friendly they greet you as soon as you come in. Very clean and organize, manager helped me look for what I went in to buy. Recommend for everyone to come and shop at this store.

Great local pharmacy! The staff is very friendly and always remembers my name and my prescriptions. They always have knowledgeable answers to all my questions.
