Mr. Kim has been my mechanic for a few years and always proves reliable, trustworthy, and fair. I really appreciate his work! His business has moved as of August 2023. I’ve taken my car to the new location and it’s the same quality care.

I rarely write reviews but in this case felt I should share my experience. Mr. Kim gave me great advice over multiple calls when a unique situation came up, convincing me to not go for unnecessary expensive repairs. He is very honest, has done great work, and also has better prices than many other places in the area. Highly recommended!

I could not more highly recommend Mr. Kim and his auto shop. Mr. Kim was able to quickly fix the problem I was having with my car. His price was very fair and reasonable compared to the other shops in the area. He was very patient in making sure I understood the problems with the car and incredibly honest and kind. He even stayed late working so that my car would be ready before a weekend trip. His shop was spotless.

I will be going back to Mr. Kim for any car troubles I have in the future. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop.

I rarely write reviews but I could no longer hold back. I was a customer from 2012-2015 before I moved to Southern California. As others have said Mr. Kim is a genuinely honest and skilled person. I sometimes even consider driving back to have my car maintained/repaired by him. He makes you feel at ease with his quality work. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Mr. Kim for taking such a good care of my 2005 Honda Civic. Your 110,000 mile tune up was superb :)

Mr. Kim has been our car mechanic for over ten years and we put our full trust in him. His service is outstanding - professional, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. His cordial attitude and clean auto shop make out of an otherwise stressful trip to the car repair shop a pleasant occasion to greet an old and respected friend.

Mr. Kim is honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. We have been taking our cars here for a little over 2 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love how his shop is immaculately clean and he has his classical music blaring!

No Trucks: just a heads up to anyone reading reviews. Got turned away from the shop so giving 5-star not to change their rating. Classic 70s Chevy weekend driver -- newer rebuilt Corvette engine and freshly rebuilt transmission and transfer case. The C/K Chevy is one of the most common classics given the mechanicals were variations from 1960 to 2000. Difficult to find a shop anymore.

The radiator on my '98 Camry gave out right as I was about to get on to the highway! I had somewhere to be later that day, and Kwang was so kind to work later than his store hours to get me back on the road within a matter of hours. I'm very grateful to Kwang. He did a great job and patiently explained the work he did in order to make the fix.

Have been using his services for 5+ years now. Unfailingly polite, and very knowledgeable. He says and does what is right for you and your car. His rates are among the lowest which coupled with the quality of his service is doubly a bargain.

This guy is the best! He always tells me the truth about what needs to be done on my car. He is very helpful and will advise when my husband or I can and save money by fixing it ourselves.

Kwang Kim has been taken car of our cars for for tan 10 years now.

In one case the engine light on our Mazda B2200 (the twin of a Ford F-150) came on at 60,000 and nobody could turn it off. You can not get it smogged with this condition!

He figured out that the car must have been first registered outside of California (in Texas in this case!), what it meant (nothing in California), and how to reset it . He did not charge me anything.

He is unfailingly polite, punctual, with superb craftsman ship. I have grow up with German car mechanics (in Germany) and my standards on craftsman ship are high.

I have never felt he overcharged me for anything, quite the contrary.

Incredible. Very honest. My car was intermittently starting. Came in and explained the problem. He came out and popped the hood. Turns out the battery wasn't tightened in enough... Boy did I feel dumb. He refused to accept anything. I know I will be going back for any future issues.

We were in Palo Alto from out of town and had a car problem. We dropped by and were quickly accommodated on a Saturday morning at a very reasonable cost. The shop was spotless and its owner was nice. Thank you!
