Union Square Dental Practice

I had a wonderful experience at the union square dental practice. Right from the reception, people are very warm and welcoming. It’s so easy to make appointments. They are so quick to respond. The dentists are very friendly and empathetic. They really care. My teeth needed a root canal and the crown was just like the original . None of my friends could find out which tooth was worked on! The procedure is done very smoothly and patiently . I would highly recommended this place

I love union square dental practice. The doctors are so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. They are very meticulous with the latest technologies in use, and offer all sorts of comforts for people who are adverse to coming in to the dentist—like me. Plus they have a beautiful office, an amazing view, and convenient parking nearby at sutter stockton garage. Makes going to the dentist actually a pleasure.

This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to! All the staff are very friendly and Dr. Nazanin has been incredible with the work I have needed and at putting me at ease with procedures. I highly recommend this practice, they genuinely care about their patients.

I’ve been a patient of both Dr. Hakim’s for 2 years now and the experience has been genuinely life changing! They take the time to listen to my concerns and work with me to phase out my appointments to best accommodate me! I am so appreciative of them for offering me Botox treatment to treat my TMJ pain. I used to wake up with a sore jaw everyday and thanks to their treatment I am much more comfortable and the pain is gone. The experience was great, Dr. Nazanin reassured me and asked me if I was okay throughout the whole procedure! I am also much more confident in my smile after starting Invisalign with Dr. Mahsa! I could not ask for a better team of dentists. Not to mention, their office looks like a spa!

Words can’t describe how pleased I am with my cosmetic procedure results (veneers) and new smile! I now get compliments on my smile all the time and I feel like I look much younger. Not only did they give me a beautiful smile, but they also aligned my bite so now I can eat with ease and don’t feel pressure on one side of my jaw when I bite. Both Doctor Hakims were so amazing! They were very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Lamees for two and a half years as my dental hygienist. She has made this experience for me very calming and changing in a way that I have never felt so comfortable before. She is very gentle and caring when it comes to taking care of me. The doctors are extremely professional and knowledgeable regardless of the procedures being done. I had an emergency while visiting San Francisco. Union Square Dental Practice immediately responded and gave me a very convenient appointment time. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff and Dr Hakim, as if I was seeing my primary dentist. We were holidaying in San Francisco when the crown of my husbands front tooth broke off. Rang Union Square Dental practice at 8 am yesterday, and at 10 am my husband was being treated by the dentist. She fixed up the broken crown temporarily until we return to Australia. She was personable, professional, and was reasonable in her charges. Definitely recommend.

Historically, I feel quite unsettled at the dentist. This context is worth mentioning because of how comfortable I felt at Union Square Dental. Dr. Mahsa Hakim and Sophie both have sweet voices and genuine, soothing presence that put me at ease even through the routine prodding and scraping. After a single painless checkup / cleaning, my teeth look and feel remarkably healthier (my partner also noticed how nice they look).
I also really appreciate that Dr. Hakim took the time to go over my X-rays, 3d imaging, overall prognoses, and recommended next steps (being mindful of prioritization and cost effectiveness). She also patiently answered each of the many questions I had. I left with not only refreshed, clean teeth but also a clear understanding of what was going on with my teeth, gums, and bite + what would be best moving forward (simple, straight-forward, easy to adhere to solutions).

This is bar-none the best dental practice in the Bay Area. Dr. Nazanin and Mahsa are true masters of their craft and take the time and care to minimize discomfort. More importantly, they're honest. I can't tell you how many Dentists I've been to in the past who've tried to swindle me into doing unnecessary and costly procedures. At this practice on the other hand, the Doctors are always prioritizing what's best for me as a patient, not what's best for their balance sheets. In fact, at my last visit they talked me out of replacing a crown on my implant that was coming loose which other dentists told me was 'impossible' and 'beyond repair' and they took the time to actually repair and reseat it properly. This not only saved me a couple thousand dollars, but it also saved me a lot of wasted time.

I’ve been their patient for over 10 years and can’t recommend them enough! As someone who is also in medical field, both Drs. Mahsa and Nazanin Hakim’s knowledge and professionalism amaze me every time I make a visit to their office. Their staff is very nice and their office environment and design are very welcoming and relaxing.
