Talking with Elizabeth Lovejoy at the store was like having an interior decorator with great taste and great design sense. She guided us through each decision and detail. Also the chairs were the most comfortable of all the chairs that we had tried across several different stores.

We love everything about the style of Bo Concept. Everyone we've worked with over the years has been really nice, but most recently, Fox helped us choose a lovely sofa. I appreciate the speedy technology that helps with space planning and customizable pieces.

After 7-8 months use of our Hampton sofa, we were shocked to see a rip on the two seater. This was very unexpected as the brand is known for its quality. We immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation. Virgile our customer service associate has been super understanding of our frustrations (rip getting larger, fabric discontinued, not comfortable to have two seater again) and has been discussing many options with HQ. In the meanwhile, Virgile has also been very good with communication and constantly letting me know that he’s working on it even though it’s taking awhile, especially during Covid. In the end, I’m really glad that we are getting an option that we are happy with. Thank you Virgile and the team!

We decided to redecorate our small apartment and instantly fell in love with the designer furniture at BoConcept. The staff was very kind and offered us water and coffee. We are very happy with our purchase!
