Review:
My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster last night for his birthday dinner in San Bruno California. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, thanks to Angelina's exceptional service. From the moment she approached our table, Angelina greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of us throughout our entire meal.
Angelina's attention to detail was remarkable; she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and ensured that we lacked nothing during our dining experience of the endless Shrimp deal. Her genuine care and attentiveness truly enhanced our meal and made us feel like valued guests.
Furthermore, Angelina went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday celebration memorable. Not only did she and her team sing a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," but they also created a joyful atmosphere that added to the festivities.
In summary, Angelina's professionalism, warmth, and dedication to customer satisfaction made our visit to Red Lobster truly memorable. We will definitely be returning, thanks to Angelina and her outstanding service. She is a true asset to the Red Lobster team.

Service here was friendly and prompt. I'm pretty sure the person who helped me make my menu decision was the general manager. He even steered me away from a more expensive platter since I had mentioned that I wasn't that hungry. I really appreciated that he considered my needs instead of pushing a more expensive choice.

The restaurant is clean and although showing signs of wear is still very presentable.

I ended up ordering the fried shrimp and lobster with Cajun fries platter. The aoli sauce was a little too heavy for brunch, so I asked for cocktail sauce instead. The cocktail sauce cuts through the salty and greasy crispy batter coating. Don't get me wrong, I love salty and greasy when I have fried food. Shrimp and lobster were very good. The lobster was nice and moist when I started, but got progressively dryer as I finished the meal. (I eat slow when I eat out alone.) So, it would probably be better to finish the lobster before everything else.

I must admit that I haven't eaten at Red Lobster for a long time, and I still enjoy their cheesy bread.

My server, Lily, was very friendly and courteous as she helped me and the other people at the bar. If you want excellent service I'd recommend eating near the bar where Lily is stationed.

I definitely recommend coming to this location for great service and good food.

We had an amazing dinner. The server was very pleasant and helpful and oureals were delicious. The salmon bowl and the shrimp with the spicy sause over the corn were both excellent. We shared a shrimp scampi and ate an extra serving of biscuits just to enjoy all of the sauce that it came in. It was Red Lobster at it's best!

I only ever order the Tuesday Crab Your Way. It comes on a bed of roasted garlic potatoes, and for some reason this particular location has the best! The potatoes are crispy without tasting over cooked or dried out; they are amazing! For those who enjoy brussels sprouts order this as your side. I believe there is an additional cost but it's totally worth it in my opinion.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end
The manager even called me before our RSVP to confirm and let me know a few things in advance. She was friendly and efficient. Upon arriving they told me my table was ready and awaiting for our party. It was clean and the service was impeccable. And the food was amazing. I believe that the food is actually better and was the best that I have ever had at this Red Lobster. The food was first it was hot it was good and it was an amazing large proportion even left with half of my food. This was our first time eating in a restaurant in over a year since covid-19 hit it was a great experience. And the social distance and privacy that you have at your own table was great. Red Lobster is doing an excellent job and every other large restaurant should follow their lead. Thank you see you again in the near future.

Good seafood restaurant for family. Consistent food quality with reasonable pricing. Recommended for lobster, king crab legs, snow crab legs, shrimps, Alfredo pasta and filet mignon steak. They serve generous portion and including salad.

The waitress was excellent I forgot her name but she was from another country I think she was Pakistanian or Iranian but she was so super sweet and so kind and very nice

First time at red lobster our server Alann was so helpful recommended some amazing crab starts and was very attentive to the table an our needs great guy clearing up when needed an showing us there fun pda system.
Recommended for nice seafood, mid priced but well worth it, good main choices.

When you are open for dine-in they have some of the best customer service than most places. I have been coming here for 10+ years for that reason.

Now that they have to comply with regulations connected to COVID 19 they are still providing great service. The manager, Andrew is one of the nicest person's I've had the pleasure of meeting. He always has a smile on his face. Even when it was completely open and extremely busy, he always makes customers feel like they are his main focus. I will definitely be back when things go back to "normal."

My sister and I had a fabulous dinner. Delicious variety of shrimp, not disappointed at all.

I always like going to Red Lobster. Their biscuit is the highlight of the place, I believe most people love them. The Manager is always so nice, listening to costumers and even chatting with kids. The place was very clean and staff extremely friendly. No wonder is one of my favorites 🦞🦞🦞

Great restaurant. I tried lobster for the first time, so barmen and cook helped me a lot. Serving is really nice. Of course, lobster itself is an expensive pleasure, but you won't be disappointed here.

Excellent food and service! We went on a Monday evening. It took them 2 minutes to seat us, 3 mins to bring the drinks and take the order. The food was on the table 15 mins later. The waitress was great and polite!

My kids took me here for Mother's Day. The service was AMAZING and so was the food. We waited to be seated for about 25 minutes (which wasn't bad considering it was Mother's Day). We got seated at around 8:10 and got our food about 30 minutes later. It was hot and my steak was cooked to perfection 😋. The staff did not rush us as they closed at 9:00. When we asked for to go containers, our waiter asked us if we wanted desert. At no point was her trying to rush us out. This is the second time I've been here. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a great Mother's Day dinner!

Big lobster. Always a favorite. Great scampi. Big crab legs. Steak and shrimp fettuccine it was delicious. And of course the biscuits are to die for

Food was great!!! Service was great. Dessert was really good.

I had the all you can eat shrimp several different ways. It was delicious.

Wish I could remember the server's name. He was great. We were there on10/26/22 around noon, wouldn't have been much older than 25.
