Dr. Kim is an exceptional physician who provides outstanding care. Her expertise and knowledge are impressive, and she consistently demonstrates forward-thinking approaches to medical practice. Beyond her clinical skills, Dr. Kim is also incredibly kind, understanding, and non-judgmental. This combination of qualities makes her, in my opinion, one of the best doctors I have ever encountered.

My doctor actually cares about me! You can just feel when someone is genuine! She’s also experienced! I literally have no complaints… I have had doctors 🥼 at Kaiser not take my complaints seriously so I appreciate that I don’t have that experience with Dr.Boente. Being a Black woman I’m hyper aware of how genuine people are do to the racism throughout the world towards Black peoples especially in medicine!

Dr Yonkers had wonderful bedside a.k.a. operating table… Manner. Relaxing music in the surgical ward… Answered my questions via Health connect quickly and thoroughly and fantastic.. This surgeon called me the next day to see how I was doing. And my follow-up visit scheduled two weeks after my surgery was also thorough, kind and informative.

The strongest feeling I can express about my recent appointment is that I "felt heard." I have an odd assortment of troubling symptoms that don't add up to doctor-worthy on their own or only once or twice. But living with the symptoms for over 6 months had become concerning; my doctor really took the time to investigate certain symptoms and discuss probable causes, and thankfully, support my concerns by coming up with a plan to find out why.

I really enjoy Dr. Kim, I've recommended her to a friend who is in search of a new KP doctor. I think her team is efficient in getting me the assistance I need within a timely manner. Additionally, Dr. Kim makes the effort to listen to all my concerns and is honest about a resolve timeline or is open to following up with me at a later time if the concern I have requires further analysis.

Friendly and listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable with her. I would highly recommend her to family and friends if they are in need of a primary care physician.

I recently had my cataract surgery at Kaiser.
which was performed by Dr Moy.
I don’t have words to describe how wonderful she is. She’s very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and detail oriented.

Dr. Situ is super friendly. She took time to explain what we were doing, why it was important and answer all my questions. She made sure I understood everything we went over before I left. It was a good experience, would definitely recommend her as your OD.

I had a major fall and broke several bones, including my eye socket. It had to be replaced with a plastic eye socket. My follow up appointments with Dr. Yonkers continues to be thorough and reassuring; he never rushes me and answers every question I have. I am recovering and have such confidence in him. I highly recommend Dr. Yonkers.

The doctor thoroughly investigated a concern that I had with my retina. She was warm and educational. The office equipment was top notch. It was a superior experience than any optometry visit that I've had outside of Kaiser.

KP's system works very well, from start to finish. My visit was very productive. I had a checkup with the doctor and received 2 vaccinations and blood work. It went well and thanks to the staff's efficiency, we accomplished a lot in one visit. All of the staff were friendly and caring. My doctor's visit went extremely well. I am very happy to be a patient of Kaiser Permanente and am extremely happy to have Dr. Okamoto as my primary physician.

The entire department is courteous and attentive. Dr. Yonkers' bedside manner is impeccable. He listens to my concerns and checks out everything to make sure everything I ask about or information I need concerning my eye health is addressed.

I am thankful that Dr. Chuang always takes the time to discuss/review my health concerns. He just doesn't look at my chart, address whatever needs to be addressed and sends me on my way. He actually takes the time to talk about my concerns, answers my questions and asks me questions as well. I am very thankful that he is my primary care doctor.

Dr. Kwan addressed all my concerns and was instrumental during the guidance of care as we moved forward with our daughter's care management. Dr. Kwan was helpful and reassuring with our daughter's prognosis, which in turn helped our family become more confident advocates for her recovery. Thank you Dr. Kwan.

Dr Fallejo was amazing, so very competent, I really appreciated his ability to diagnose my symptoms and to prescribe my lenses so expertly. I then got a same day appointment to select my frames! I was very satisfied!

My husband saw Dr. Lee due to his not passing DMV vision test. Found out that optometrist incorrectly used wrong prescription on right eye. He did “refraction assessment with prescription” and completed DMV form, according to my husband, in a very professional manner.

I ended up going to the wrong Kaiser office. Went to Daly City instead of San Francisco. The receptionist took time and was able to get me an appoitment immediately. i saw the Doctor who was exceptional. Had a wonderful experience and very knowledgeable and helpful. Could not be any better!

Dr Rachna Basisht Rekhi, MD is GREAT! She answered all our questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and we felt confident and comfortable to talk to her. Thank you Dr Rekhi, MD! I would definitely recommend her to any parent who are looking for a primary doctor for this child(ren).
