We were helped by Judy for the purchase of our wedding bands. She was simply lovely, as was the rest of the staff!

We had been in just one week prior but they didn’t have what we wanted in stock, so they offered to transfer it from another store. It arrived in just a few days and Judy stayed in contact with me the entire time.

They made our special moment just PERFECT. They even served us champagne to celebrate! Thank you so much for being so thoughtful. We are customers for life.

Hi, I just buy several gift during my business trip on 21. Apr.
Danny Chan is my receipt and gave me a good shopping experience.
Unfortunately, one necklace’s clasp is broken when my wife open the gift in Taiwan.
We just take the necklace to Taipei 101 store for warranty today(1. May).
But they told me it may need to charge around 140 USD for repair it.
Could you help to contact with HQ and ask for warranty for me?

The associate who helped us, Stephanie, was very friendly and easy to speak with. She knew where everything was and helped us decide between two bracelets. The interior is of course blinged up with all the usual grandeur of a Tiffany. No line to get in and lots of staff on the floor, too.

During the Covid-19 period, I wasn’t able to shop and even try at the store. I contacted my sales Grace, she’s very helpful and patiently to give me advice on the bracelet for my cousin’s graduation gift. Grace helped me to measure different size one by one and took pictures send to me. Thus, I would find a perfect one coz sometime measurements online is not accurate at all. The whole process made me so appreciated, sales will called in person to go through the transaction and protect your privacy. At the end, I’m so surprised that Grace even send the merchandise to my house in person. I know many people might say that’s her Job, but I think she did much more than that. I’m so thankful to her to help me get the gift on time, and I don’t need to wait the shipping without expected date at this hard moment. Appreciated to my sales GRACE at Palo Alto Tiffany store!

Had a service piece done to extend my wifes necklace - they did a wonderful job and the price was far less than what it would have cost. Tiffany is expensive but they certainly look after their customers and make things right. 5 stars for that.

Unlike some of the other jewelry stores like Cartier and Rolex across the mall, I find Tiffany's at Stanford to always be friendlier, more accommodating, and pleasant to browse. I understand it is COVID but I have 3 toddlers under 7 and hence very difficult to ship jewelry with my wife. Tiffany's allowed my kids to stay in their couch and helped us keep them at bay while they brought the items we wanted to see. Kudos to the store manager.

The salespeople are super helpful. I like to go into the store to browse, get the item information and usually end up ordering online or drop hints so it shows up with a bow. Tiffany's is always a good investment.

I love this store. My favorite salesperson is Shima. She is very respectful, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I go here every six months for Christmas and Anniversary gifts.

You come here because of the legendary service not because you are looking for a cheap diamond. You know what to expect, so don't come here if you want to haggle down the price of the diamond. You pay what they have listed on the diamond and you happily do it because you know your diamond will be cared for for a lifetime. Don't window shop, come here to buy a diamond. Be that kind of guest that will buy a diamond and not that sterling silver bracelet.

I've been collecting tiffany for YEARS and of course it got tarnish...this place is awesome!!! Yes, you read that right it's awesome place to get my collections clean up for FREE. Costumer service are excellent....I'll absolutely recommend this place
