Gentle Giant Moving Company

We had a great experience working with the Gentle Giant team! Communication with Ed Fallon and Terrence Fitzpatrick was great. All details were thoroughly discussed and any questions were answered quickly. The packing team (Kenzo Hafoka, Taulupe Latu, Rayshawn Ward, Andres Ruiz, Eduardo Melendez, Justin Manalo) showed up in full force and right on the scheduled time and did an amazing job - above and beyond if you ask me. They were all very friendly and great to work with. Very efficient and detail oriented when packing. All of the dismantled items were secured together for ease of delivery. We moved states and were a bit hesitant of how long it would take for our items to arrive but the moving truck arrived quickly and on the estimated date. The delivery team, Mark Harvey and Mark Moloney, did a great job unloading, making sure everything was where we wanted it, and reassembling furniture items dismantled for the move. They took care to put down blankets on all flooring they would be crossing. I was extremely impressed with the care they took on our stairs leading to the second floor as they are curved and most of the large furniture had to be carried up - not a mark on the wall or stairs. All items used for moving (boxes, blankets, paper, etc) were removed upon their departure. Would definitely use Gentle Giant again and highly recommend for any move!

Our son, daughter in law and family just completed a move from the Peninsula to the East Bay. I could not image doing it without these guys. They were on time and never stopped working all day. Even when we would try to help pick things up or move things the team would thank us and take it out of our hands and say it is their job.
They were meticulous in wrapping everything and making sure everything was picked up and safe.
It was a LONG day, we went over our estimated time and they never complained or even slowed down.
In a day when people don't want to work and find excuses for everything this team is a throw back of when hard work was something to be proud of.

Matt and his crew helped my wife and I move from San Francisco to San Diego. We hired Gentle Giant to help us pack and load from our place in SF and unload everything at our new place in SD. We were thrilled with every aspect of the move, from start to finish. They even disassembled and reassembled furniture for us as needed. 20 years ago, Gentle Giant Moving helped me move out of my crappy 1 bedroom apartment into a slightly less crapier studio apartment and they were amazing. Last week, they moved me and my family into our new 4 bedroom home in the heart of San Francisco. And both times, the teams were amazing to work with, courteous, respectful and really good at their jobs. They made the move incredibly easy and were flexible to the quirks and needs we had. I would strongly recommend them for any kind of move you have to go through.

Couldn't be happier that we used Gentle Giant! They were super informative, helpful, fast, and made our whole move much much easier on both ends. We packed most of our things ahead of time, but they were happy to help with the large/awkward/fragile items when they arrived. Everything was loaded and handled with extreme care, and everything arrived at our new home perfectly.
