an absolutely huge target with anything you could possibly want. feels moderate and clean with good air conditioning. customer service is super chill and quick. I agree it's starting to get expensive but hopefully prices cool down..

Big boi target! There's both an elevator and an escalator which has a special lane for your shopping carts, which I think is pretty neat. The store is well-organized, especially considering its size, and the bathrooms are pretty clean. No complaints from me. :')

Shopping here was easy, fast, comfortable and secure. You feel people there have you as their priority.

Great products to find! But most stuff are locked up due to theft, sad! Always fear is that this places close up due to thefts! Think of your grandma and grandpa who live close to this establishments where they get their meds and groceries! Their lives is most affected when places like this close up. Hoping for ridiculous thefts to stop.

My pick up was quick and easy! I was in the store for less then 5 minutes in and out.

Great service and good, clean use of space. All the food was fresh, the service was courteous, and prices were great for the Bay Area. Some shelves were locked up, but that's not the store's fault. It's sad that even out at Tanforan there's that much shoplifting that they need to lock up toiletries. Anyways, it was definitely a pleasant place to shop with lots of parking.

Pick up service is almost always faster than shopping, since a lot of merchandise is locked up.The associates are friendly and very efficient .

6/19/23. This is an update. I placed an on-line order Friday evening 6/17/23 that consisted of three items. Since it was just before the store closed I received e-mail notification that my order was ready for pickup Saturday morning. Since I was busy I was unavailable to pick up my order until 1/2 hour before the store closed Sunday evening. All three items in my order were in my order. I told the young man I did not need a bag so he proceeded to remove the three items from the Target bag. Since I paid for the items on-line when I checked out there was no necessity in having to pay for my order. Overall the process is smooth and efficient. This is my fourth time ordering from Target this was and 99.9 percent of the time things are great.

I ordered a number of items. Only later when I checked on the status did I learn that one item, a set of full size sheets, was sold out. Needless to say I was disappointed.

The good news is that I have become extremely dependent on Amazon. Shopping at Target with the option to pick up my purchases in hours is a great alternative. The prices are comparable to what is available on Amazon.

I ordered a few home products from Target.com and opted to pick them up from the store. The pickup station was right inside the entryway and easy to find. The customer service representative quickly looked up my name and found my order since I could not find the barcode in the email receipt I had. He was able to find my prepared bag and hand it over to me within a minute.
I would have liked to have known more about the parking lot pickup option, but I didn’t mind entering the store.

Super helpful staff and premium feel ambiance. Lots of varieties. Have drive up parking, self checkout ailes, and CVS plus Starbucks inside.

Only negatives are people sometime takes their cart and that's why they have lower quality carts compare to other targets.

Pretty good Target, wish they were open until 12am like the old days though!
One thing I do have to say that is MASSIVELY in Target's favor post-COVID: their staff and security force really seem to make an effort not to stereotype, profile and discriminate based on race, age/gender or assumed poverty level. I really like being able to walk into a place and not be followed around from aisle to aisle from entrance to exit. Two thousand twenty-two thumbs way up for Target's true understanding that Black and brown lives matter just as much as Caucasian ones!

I love this Target! It's exceptionally clean and organized, and the staff is excellent! I was charged the wrong price for one of my items which I mentioned in my Target survey, not expecting anyone to reach out to me. Daniel K. reached out shortly after (same day!) and made it right. You've definitely earned yourself a lifelong, loyal Target customer. Kudos!

I love coming most of the time they always have my regular items. Tanforan mall closes they keep this target .
