James was the absolute best in class service - thank you for making the dining experience even better.

Visited this location Sunday afternoon about 2:30. There was no wait time to be seated and it was not crowded. We were greeted by our server and he took our drink orders. Soon after, we ordered our food. The service by our server was pleasant and speedy. He made sure that we were good throughout our meal. I ordered the shrimp and lobster sauce with low mein. However, I should've ordered the fried rice instead of the Lord mein as it looked better. But that will be next time.

Both my girls worked for PF Chang's many years ago. I haven't been in a couple of years, and when I did, it was OK.

We wound up going for lunch about 2 weeks ago. This time, it was great. The temporary string beans are amazing. We had the ribs and a beef dish and 2 different chicken dishes. I'm sorry I forget all the dishes we ordered, but it doesn't matter because they were all really really good.

The Palo Alto store is turning out some quality dishes! I can't wait to go back.

One other thing that's important, for me that is ... usually bar Coke is bad and flat wherever you go and the Coca Cola that day, perfect.

I had the fried rice there, it was great. The bathrooms were very clean. The waiter and host were really nice, and there was NO excessive delays, whether that be the waiter not coming by to my table or the kitchen being slow to give me my food. The prices were also reasonable.

The food was good. Didn’t expect orange chicken to be spicy and have so much garlic in it. I’m super intolerant to garlic so that’s why I didn’t eat much of it. I’m not sure if it was on the menu, I probably didn’t pay attention. The drink I ordered was the best part. As you can see, I was very excited lol

We sometimes stop in for lunch and a drink at the bar while shopping at Stanford. The bartenders are all super nice, the service is speedy, and the food is delicious. The restaurant seems kind of dated, and I’m not sure what it’s like to dine in the main dining area. But we love the bar.

This is a great upscale "Americanized" Chinese food restaurant chain and the Stanford location is wonderful. We came here for dinner and were impressed with the taste of the food, the wonderful customer service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Some Covid restrictions are still in place, but our dine-in experience was great. Details to follow:

[The Food]
We love PF Changs' food. We're a fan of Americanized Chinese food - and PF Changs brings the quality up a notch. It's food that you can eat and not feel so terrible afterwards. The chicken was crispy, the soup had great flavor, and the food was hot as soon as we received it. Great menu selections and we were happy!

[Customer Service]
Customer service here was also great. The team greets you at the door and you're quickly seated. Our server was really nice and had a positive demeanor. They also bring you a hot clothe at the beginning as well which is nice. We were checked on often and felt appreciated being there!

[The Location]
This is located right outside the Stanford Shopping center. There is plenty of parking because of this. You can see the restaurant right next to El Camino Real. It's a safe location, easy to get to, and there's plenty of seating and parking. Don't expect to wait too long here.

Overall, if you like PF Changs - this restaurant won't let you down.

We were very happy with the homenage that the Restaurant gave to us on our 4th wedding anniversary celebration. In addition to super service, the food was simply delicious!! Thanks to the team!!

Our Food came quickly. Very thankful after a 6 hr drive. Atmosphere was wonderful. Food tasted wonderful! Temp could have been a bit higher. Andreas was my server and was attentive and friendly. Thank you

Went to dinner last night with my husband and had the best experience because of my experience with our waiter Jarrett. He was very patient and helped us pick some of the best food we've had in a while. Would come back just to see him again

Great place for a relaxed and satisfying meal. We enjoyed the lunch special with fried rice. This was in Palo Alto, Ca.

The food was great but they definitely reduced the portions.. you gotta hate corporate decisions, but still love the food..

We ordered hot and sour soup and it was just ok. The lettuce chicken was amazing and made up for the soup! We ordered 2 of them it was that good! Service was friendly and very attentive. Oh I also recommend their craft beer. Light and refreshing! The restaurant was busy so there was an expected wait but that's a good thing! Thanks guys we will be back for sure!

The Palo Alto restaurant scene is ALWAYS "top notch"!!

This Stanford Shopping Center location is a great way to wrap up an afternoon of shopping 🛍 and touring the nearby Stanford University Campus.

Went here last night for a quick dinner and had the BEST service ever. Jerret was so kind and patient with me as I have pretty severe food allergies. He walked me through the menu and was able to find me something that was tasty and filling. I'd come back just for him

Went here last Thursday and had a great experience. The server - Jarrett was very knowledgable about the menu and helped guide me and my husband through our dietary restrictions. The food was good but I'd come back just for the great service again.

The best dinner ever! Was my birthday, service was really great! The chocolate cake 🤤!! Awesome 👏🏼

This is my go to spot with friends and family. Dave was my server and he made me feel right at home. He recommended the Salt and Pepper Prawns and Pork Dumplings. Both were exquisite! Overall, great service and food - best of both worlds.

Great spot for Americanized Chinese food. The dining room has plenty of seating, the wait staff is prompt, the prices are fair for what you get, and the food is great. I strongly recommend the crispy green bean appetizer.
