Joseph is our travel agent for our upcoming trip to Europe. He was VERY diligent in his research of flights and is an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. It is very important that I can lie flat on a long distance flight and he was very much aware of the nuances of different airlines and their "definitions" of business class vs. just extra legroom.
We are excited for our adventure in May and if all goes well, we will continue to use him again for our next trip in October.

Sean is a Rock Star! I had a complex multi country airline schedule to book. I’m a pretty capable woman, and for over a month I had been researching flights options. Sean was helpful for me to clarify exactly what dates I wanted and what times I wanted the flights to be on those dates and duration of layovers. I even had price quotes from the airlines. I thought this is getting too complex and I need help. I called Top Business Class and Sean found me those same flights but at LOWER PRICES THAN I WAS QUOTED via, web searches, airlines agents. Plus he talk some sense into me about not cutting connecting flights too close and buying insurance for the flights since I was traveling down into South America. He also gave me his direct phone number to his cell phone in case I needed any help while I was traveling. Adam did a great job sorting out a trip from the US to Marseille during the 2024 Olympics for six people with three traveling Business and three in Economy. All six outgoing on the same day but returning on different dates. To make it a bit more complicated I asked him to avoid any connections in Paris outgoing to avoid the Olympics onslaught.

I worked with Joseph G for an international business flight booking. He was very patient with me to find a good price flight which suited my schedule. We worked back and forth for more than a week.

On one occasion I had to cancel a trip at the last minute due to emergency surgery on my dog and Chris was able to cancel and obtain a credit with a minimum of inconvenience. Elton Ross provided outstanding service. He found first class tickets to Europe at a great price and responded to our emails very quickly. When I had to cut my trip short due to my father's hospitalization, he was amazing in finding me an alternate flight at a good price. I will definitely use him again for our next trip.

I like being able to count on having the same rep each time I organize a trip. We had a hiccup on a trip to Morocco, when I was stranded there, and the time difference presented a challenge. But I was able to connect with Marc even in the middle of the night for him. He is extremely responsive, answering my emails in less than 24 hours any day of the week. And I feel the price I pay is a good value, less than if I tried to book myself.

So far very good. We have not started our trip yet but all the planning has been made so easy with Chris. We even needed to change some dates and travel plans after we finalised and he managed this for us at a minimal cost. Have never used a travel agent before for our trips overseas but will now always be using Chris. He also found us much cheaper fares that I could get on any deals or airline offers. Highly recommend.
