Business Class Guru

Very pleased with my recent experience, and will absolutely use them again for business class travel. I had waited too long to book a flight, and Jeff was able to get me a good deal and a convenient itinerary. No issues with flights in either direction. Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and ease my concerns as a first time customer.

My husband and I are so happy to have found Dan to help us book our business or first class travel. He absolutely goes out of his way to make sure every detail is covered no matter how long it takes. He also answers or always calls us back immediately which I so value! I highly recommend having Dan assist you even if it is last minute. My husband, who travels all the time, told me to add Dan to my speed dial as his help has been invaluable to us!

Leslie was so helpful and responsive! I contacted him this morning about assisting me in booking 2 RT tickets to Rome for my husband's upcoming birthday. We had never used this type of service provider, but now we're hooked. Mitchell Vos was professional and prompt. He helped line up the business class flight options, then keyed on the one or two that interested us (more direct with fewer stops). Ended up with a great price, tickets issued by the airlines… perfect. In the future we will probably provide Mitchell with air miles that he might be able to use to get us an even greater price. Why try to shop online for flights and prices when a pro can do it for you.

I do a lot of international traveling and had never heard of Business Class Guru before, so I must admit that I was a little skeptical. However, the booking experience was seamless. Brandon was very knowledgable about the flight options; he pointed out that if I left a day earlier than planned, the ticket was $5,000 cheaper - I left a day earlier.
