I went to their booth at NYCC 2022 and was blown away at their reasonable prices. Ended up buying around 10 pops from them. The employees were very patient and helpful as well. I look foreward to buying from them in the future!!!! :) <3

Funko Pops galore. A little hard to find but directions on Google maps will take you toward the rear of the building but the entrance is in front on the right.

They made it right!
I placed an online order for a Hello Kitty wallet and received the wrong merchandise. I emailed their customer service & promptly received an apology for their error and promise to send the item I had ordered. I quickly received the correct merchandise and am so pleased with its quality. Responsive communication and excellent customer service.

These guys are cool. Hard to find because there's no sign with the name of the store so be aware of that. They have a lot of funkos. Can be high mark up on things. Inventory changes every week so that's cool.

Everyone there is super welcoming! I learned so much about POPS! I drove from the East Bay, and it was so well worth it & we got some 80's themed Funko's!

Was worth the hour drive from where I live. Fugitive has a great selection of Funko pops and rare exclusive grails that are a must have for a collector. Was very happy with they're customer service from the employee’s while shopping there. Will definitely be back there

Came in today for the very first time with my girlfriend and had a great experience! Small store with lots to offer, many funko pops to see! They also have rare pops and saw 2 signed pops while I was there. I decided to try out one of the $25 mystery boxes they have at cashier and opened up a $80 value Funko Pop! Also got my very first Funko Soda there and got a chase! Definitely a must go for Funko Pop fanatics!

I sent an email regarding my collections of Funko/POP dolls....and the email between us was great! Super nice and didn't come off annoyed, which sometimes most places I have called lr email gave me lil information. Not sure if someone from Sacramento or Burlingame messaged me back but I wanted to thank them for being so helpful and You won't be disappointed when I do my inventory 🤣🤣

Great store if you’re a Funko pops collector (90% of the store). Hidden toy spot away from most other shopping areas.

Got my 4 Pops today! Arrived within 2 days 😮 All 4 pops were in perfect condition and the pricey one includes a protector. Would definitely order again!

My Grandsons loved it, I have never seen such a huge selection of Funko's. I even enjoyed myself with Funkos like Bewitched and so many others. The kids will love it.

One of the best m, if not, the best funko place here in Norcal! Prices are very reasonable and ive been only there twice but the people there remembers me already! Thats some small business customer service right there!
