I purchased wine from this merchant. as a customer, I called as a courtesy to say one of the five bottles wine, looks different and I would like to seek an opportunity to change after brought home. a few times my feedback was not heard, one of the guy called me and told me the policy and he is being so rude and said you don't need to purchase here and comments very negatively to me. The product only $89 dollar.

The service is rude, and lousy packaging style. the wine is no longer fresh. it is flat. all I was told is, it is by law the wine you have purchased is not returnable and I am not being appreciated for giving them honest feedback.
