The place was full on a Sunday. Service was fast, and food came on time, hot and delicious. Thank you for such a great service. 👍

Every time I have been to Black Bear Diner in Colma, I have had great food and amazing service. I always order limonade to drink, which I say is one of the best lemonades around. This time, I decided to order the BBQ Ribs and Tri-Tip plate with french fries and mashed potatoes. I found it quite delicious.

Black bear always surprises me with their unique taste, service & friendly personal.
This is a very nice place to come here for breakfast, either alone or with friends. I haven’t tried the dinner menu because Jose mentioned before I always come in the mornings but maybe one of those days I will stop by to have some of the dinner.

Amazing diner with a variety of dishes. Everything has a bear 🐻 on it, so looks so cute. The ambiance gives a feel of a restaurant in the mountains. The paper gazetteer menu looks so peculiar.

Always a solid choice for a meal. Very welcoming for young families, senior citizens, college kids and everything in between. Simple reliable diner food you can count on to be filling and reasonably priced.

If you wanna come in for a quick and great bite this is the place to go! I came in for lunch and sat at the counter, I was worried I would have to rush eating my meal because I was on a time crunch but I got served right away and food came fast!

This place is awesome. The food was great. The service was amazing. Our server kobi was great very attentive . The pancakes are crazy good.

I always have a great experience at the Black Bear in Colma. I have a huge crush on Rosita and I come to see her all the time! She is super efficient and friendly and makes coming here worthwhile! The food isn’t bad either, haha!

I visited Black Bear Diner Colma for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. The breakfast has a cozy and rustic atmosphere, with bear-themed decorations and friendly staff. We always fight to pay the bill between the family, waitress is honored that I gave her a card fist. The waitress gave us such a great service. The menu offers a variety of comfort food classics, such as pancakes, omelets, burgers, salads, and pot roast. I ordered the Bowl. It was delicious and filling. The portion was perfect and huge. The service was attentive and friendly, and our food came out quickly. The prices were reasonable for the amount and quality of food we got. The food is huge portion. I would definitely recommend Black Bear Diner Colma to anyone looking for a satisfying and hearty meal in a welcoming environment.

Great place to eat! The portions are good and they can speak spanish if you need it

Haven't been to this location ever since it was the old Fresh Choice so glad that they put a black bear here delicious had brunch with the family omelette and egg Benedict

Our server was a pro, miss having service like this be more standard.

These are just well run with good food. Not too happy about new price increases. Hardly anything under $20 and+

I got the avacado toast with fruits & an extra side of hashbrowns. Also, I very regretfully stained my pants with mustard!! Lesson learned always keep a napkin on your lap.
Servers were nice & they have pretty good options. Obvi I would appreciate vegan batter pancakes.

WOW! my new favorite diner. The service and and the food was delicious. My wife and I stumbled across this place because I had to go to Target. We both ordered OJ and Tea, and split the Shasta Scramble, it came with both french toast and fresh fruit... It was perfect for my wife and I to share....

I just wish they had one of these in San Diego

Wonderful experience!! The food was phenomenal and staff were attentive, definitely recommend the chicken avocado club! You won’t be disappointed!

I was surprised because I didn’t know what to expect, but the food is really good and prices are not too bad! We got an omelette and a burger, and we liked it!

All you can eat fried fish and hush puppies. So delicious. Only Friday after 4pm..

The food was excellent you get your money worth the food you order the staff was very nice and the service was very fast and I came on a Saturday are wait was only 20 to 30 minutes

REDEEMED!!!!! I believe in second chances, (unless you're an ex) I'm so glad I returned, the food was delicious and on point, the staff was super friendly and I'm so glad I went back!!!! Updating my stars to a 5!!! Food was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture 😁 Bon appetite ❤
