A small market with beautiful produce and a wide selection of meat and fresh fish. It has pre-made dishes and soups. Prices are high but the quality is good.

Large supermarket with vast choice. Good deli. Some items can be expensive. One of the few places you can get fresh sliced Parma ham. Good beer selection, good cheese and fresh meat selection.

I absolutely cannot contain my excitement as I wholeheartedly recommend Piazza's grocery store! Folks, let me tell you, this place is an absolute gem, and I'm about to spill the beans on why you should drop everything and make a beeline for this incredible store.

First and foremost, Piazza's is a fantastic grocery store, and I cannot emphasize that enough. From the moment you step through the doors, you're in for a treat. What sets Piazza's apart is the incredible cultural diversity in their food selection. It's like taking a culinary trip around the world without ever leaving the store! Whether you're craving exotic spices, international sauces, or unique snacks, they have it all. Trust me, your taste buds are in for a wild ride.

Let's talk about their fruit selection; it's an absolute paradise for fruit enthusiasts like me. The freshness and variety they offer are unparalleled. From the juiciest, ripest peaches to the crunchiest apples, Piazza's has it all. Your daily dose of vitamins just got a whole lot more exciting!

Now, let's get to the sweet stuff - their fantastic cake assortment. If you've got a sweet tooth, you're in for a real treat. The cakes here are nothing short of divine. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully crafted, these cakes are perfect for any occasion or just a sweet indulgence to brighten your day.

But that's not all! Brace yourself for their burritos – they're literally to die for. Bursting with flavor and packed with all the right ingredients, these burritos are a culinary masterpiece. I can't even begin to describe how delicious they are; you'll have to try them for yourself.

Now, one thing to note – don't be deceived by the store's size. Piazza's may look small from the outside, but it's much bigger than it appears, and they have a LOT of great stuff to choose from. It's like a treasure trove of gastronomic delights waiting to be discovered.

So there you have it, folks, my enthusiastic endorsement of Piazza's grocery store. The cultural diversity, the amazing fruit selection, the mouthwatering cakes, and the unforgettable burritos make this place a must-visit. Go ahead, treat your taste buds to an adventure they won't forget!

Wow. I can finally find Uji Time ice cream pints here at Piazza. Uji Time used to do soft serve in San Mateo, Japan town and Berkeley, hard to find their product down south.
The lychee is a must try.

Wow, our new favorite grocery store! Found this place on accident driving by… the produce section alone is the best we’ve seen outside of Berkeley Bowl! Whole Foods should rename to One-Tenths Foods!

Ken thoroughly schooled us and gave us an excellent demo to find the perfect melon. The fresh guacamole was also one of the best I’ve ever had. Love this place!

Great selection and reasonable prices.
Come here instead of Draegers.
Half the price of Draegers.
Terrific meats and fish and poultry.

I feel confident this is the best grocery store in Palo Alto, if not beyond.

They have excellent produce, a fabulous deli, a burrito bar, a massive selection of cheese, the dairy selection is mind-boggling, butchers and an expanding wine area.

And, the store was founded by a long-time Palo Alto family who continue to actively manage it today.

The staff are great, friendly, long-lasting, professional and more.

And the parking isn't too bad.

There's no bumping into each other like there is at the Palo Alto Whole Foods.

And though the prices can be high, I've found that WF is more expensive for most things, and Safeway even charges more for many things, without the feeling you are well served in a gorgeous setting.

Piazza's is a local treasure we are lucky to have near.

Excellent selection of high quality produce, cheeses, wines, and adult beverages. Not the cheapest, but the customer service is excellent.
Friendly and professional staff in every department.

Good selection of standard grocery fare and natural/organic foods, great cheese and butchers shops, and a good selection of wines and spirits. Prices are very good; comparable with the big chains. Employees are incredibly helpful and kind, and really make the experience.

We love our local grocery store. I would put their Produce department at the top of the list in terms of quality. Consistently excellent. The Deli, meat, cheese, artisan bread, wine, beer, sushi, etc selection make this our go to super market on the Peninsula. Piazza’s embodies all the best in a locally run & operated business. When I walk in the doors it feels like home.

I love this place! Amazing deli meats, very good, thick cut steaks, amazing cheeses. It's my new fav grocery store near me

Some basic items are a little overpriced (like Best Foods mayo) but I like the high end specialty items they have available.

Piazza’s is a beautiful store. The deli offers sandwiches, salads, burritos, sushi and the best guacamole around. The deli items are fresh, most are made to order and you can buy reheat able items like salmon, shepherds pie, beef, vegan entrees. There are good cheeses and you can buy meat to oven cook, barbecue or SOUS VIDE and they will season it for you. There is good beer and wine selection, pastries, bakery items from nearby bakers. The dairy has many organic items and some fantastic yogurts.
The produce is well taken care of and all items are perfect with no bruises. The staff is friendly, wear masks and most of them are fully vaccinated, others waiting on second shot. I highly recommend this store.

Best deli made sandwiches consistently for years! Store is clean and generally well stocked. Good produce and food items prepared in store are excellent. Great deli, meat and cheese department. Parking is a bit tight, but there is usually more open parking on the side of the store. Wonderful staff.

We consider this place an extension of our own kitchen. Great hot food, salad bar and sandwiches. Burritos are the best value! Staff is always helpful and the service is fast even during the peak hours. They also have special items for the holidays.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. Excellent produce. Excellent customer service. Excellent selection. They are very responsive to customer feedback and requests. If you are a senior, ask for details about their senior discount. They are a good place to find some of those harder to find items. I just called to see if they had two specialty ingredients I need for a recipe. They sent someone to check the shelves to confirm that they had both. Yay! During these Covid times, I also appreciate that they have good systems in place to provide for physical distancing. Their staff continues to be friendly, despite the challenges of wearing a mask, etc. A very pleasant shopping experience. Kudos to this friendly neighborhood grocery store.

This store has a fine collection of baked goods, cheese, ice creams and snacks.

My favorite items so far:
- their house brand ice cream
- Spring rolls
- bread ( tried sourdough and German rye bread so far)
- chips and salsa (I highly recommend the 'have a chip' brand - it tastes really good. This brand is also available at Whole Foods)

Very nice and well-run grocery store! I’m pretty sure it is a little more expensive than other stores in the area, but the produce quality is fantastic. The environment is fantastic too. I’ll definitely return for my produce needs.
