Green Beans Coffee

I always stop here if I have business at SFO. It's good coffee, they offer a 24oz size if I'm really dragging, and they offer some light snacks and small meals too. The food isn't anything fancy but the coffee is good. Much better than anything you can get at the chain place with a siren logo.

The staff had always been friendly and all deserve raises.

Nestled behind the security check in the SFO International terminal, a calm peaceful sanctuary awaits. With all the hustle and bustle of travel these days, it is nice to sip a perfectly brewed cup of coffee with all kinds of treats at the Green Bean.
From bustling breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese to freshly baked pastries, muffins and other delights, the food is delicious. But the real treat at the Green Bean are the sweet workers who go out of their way to make your day.
The manager is a sweet lady with a heart of gold who leads the group with grace. I have traveled for over 40 years all over the United States and have seen a lot of airports. This little cafe tops my list for the best I have experienced.

Green Bean coffee light roast tastes so delicious! This place has vegan snacks and a delicious assortment of pastries and sandwiches for the global trekker on the go! The pastries are made in house.

The place is nice for people who wait for the connecting flights, but not for those with tight flights, boz you need to wait in a long line to grab your coffee or food;)

They don't have matcha at this place. I had asked and they said no. Then I ordered a white mocha frappuccino and they said no problem. I some how ended up with a Mocha frappuccino, mad it was really good. Tastes exactly like a hot chocolate. I wouldn't change it's formula whatsoever. I 💯 would recommend it once again.

Sometimes the line can be slow to move, but they always make your order correct and have good pasteries. I suggest you get your muffin or pastry warmed up because they’re much better that way!

2019 Edit: I keep coming back for the muffins. Typically I just drink office coffee these days, but their cinnamon crumb muffins and double berry muffins are the best! I get at least two a week!

I visited the Green Beans Coffee near the F gates in SFO. They were the only place open when I landed from Honolulu around 630 am. (All the other food places were "temporarily closed," or they were closed with no hours posted.) Great simple turkey and cheddar sandwich, and a solid airport latte. Some of their offerings pictured here. Friendly staff, even so early in the morning, and pretty efficient line! Thank you Green Bean!

Good espresso machiatto, traditional style. Much cheaper than Peet's as well. The one I went to is over in f concourse, which currently doesn't show on Google maps as of January 2021.

It is a great place to have breakfast.

Every time I'm at this airport I eat here. It's sooo good and the baristas are very nice! The croissants are yummy (specially with bacon) & I love that the smoothies are dairy free. You can also add boba to any drink! They have several tables to around to sit, and it's usually very peaceful (not crowded) in that area.

The baristas and baristos were super nice. The coffee was hot and fresh and the orange juice was fresh tasting also. We ordered a breakfast burrito and a muffin and they heated them up for us. They came out nice and hot -- the perfect temperature.
For an airport cafe, they are reasonably priced.
I would go back here again.

It should have options for snacks, vegans, but otherwise very good.

Outside of security! Not many options for coffee before security. Nice customer service. Good coffee and treats.

Arrived in SF from Sydney with my wife in Feb 2020 and after a long flight we stopped here for breakfast. We had an excellent coffee and bagel, which started what became a perfect day! We always think back to the memory, one day hopefully we will come back to visit

Great coffee, good food choices like snacks, bagels, sandwiches, and tons of awesome looking baked goods. The line was a little long when i arrived because there was only one person working, but I was surprised at how fast he got through orders. I didn't have to wait long at all. Very reasonable prices. A good place to go if you have some wait time!

Love this place! Thanks for offering tasty, affordable options at all hours and a decent employee discount. So far my favorites are the boba, protein smoothies, breakfast burritos and cold brew coffee. Bonus points for donating to military and pleasant workers.

Stuck in the airport on an 8 hour layover from midnight this place was like a ray of sunshine because of the baristas! The smoothie is heavenly 😍😍 Really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff was at 2am, definitely recommend

Everything is made fresh and most of it is decently priced for the airport. Some of the items are still a bit pricey. Smoothies and the Apple Pie muffins are the best.

It’s a non-descript corner coffee shop but is my favorite in SFO because their breakfast burrito is one of the best I’ve ever had. Seriously. I actually look forward to flying into SFO for this reason LOL.

I can't Express how many times this coffee shop has saved my life. I work early hours and often off no sleep. The coffee here always gives me the boost of energy I desperately need!
