Very shock!!! I had a terrible, very very poor experience at this Hudson store/SFO airport near UA check in. What a customer service this woman name Karen ( that's what she told me her name, not sure if the spelling is correct!) who is working at this Hudson store near UA departure area. It is the worst customer service ever I have encountered in the whole wide world!!!!! I travelled a lot and always buy sweatshirts and stuff for souvenir. Honestly, I don't even know why this woman Karen was sooo uncivil and have unacceptable attitude towards me. I was only asking question in a very polite manner and she was obviously so impatient to answer me. If there's a zero star I would give her that score for sure!!! Very frustrated how I was treated. She shouldn't be working in a retail business. She needs a lot more training in customer service!!!

Check your receipt after purchase. I was charged 30%+ over labeled price. I seldom get receipts for small airport purchases and I suspect most ppl do the same.

Please check, the management here provided no explanation or adjustment after I pointed out the labeled and charged price differences. Pretty sure this is illegal..

scammers. tried to charge me for cookies double the price of what they usually are.
