Dr Chen is great! I’ve been coming to this practice for a couple years now and used to see Dr Lee. So I’m glad he found an equally great dentist to replace him! She was super nice and understanding and very informative. She also did a procedure on my tooth and made me feel less anxious and comfortable (dental exams used to give me a lot of anxiety and there was a period in my life where I didn’t see a dentist for like 4-5 years 😅 but now I come in every 6 months like I should because of Simply Dentistry.) She also examined my 2 year old daughter and I was so impressed, my daughter didn’t cry at all. What a great experience.

I've been going to Simply Dentistry for years. The dentist and staff are all wonderful. They really care about their patients and take extra time to make anxious people like me extra comfortable. :)

I was traveling on business and had a gold filling come out. I called and they were able to get me in the same day! Sheila, and Mel and Dr. Chen were so professional! A shout out to them and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Lee and the whole staff were wonderful! The office is clean, welcoming, and easy to get to. Most importantly, Dr. Lee presented his findings in a thoughtful and educational way and I didn’t feel any pressure do unnecessary work. He walked me through various root cause issues and what I can do to set myself up better (without any judgement, thank you!)

My teeth are sparkly clean and Mel did an awesome job with my whitening. Looking forward to working with Dr. Lee and his team more in the future.

Dr. Lee and his whole team at the office are so nice, familial, and honest! Carol, Christina, & Dr. Lee's assistant are so sweet! I feel taken care of at the office and the experience is so easy. In general, I don't feel pressured to do any unnecessary procedures but I'm made aware they're available and the outcomes of my decisions. That's really important for me.

I hadn't visited a dentist in a few years and was a little apprehensive about my first time , but this place won me over! Dr Lee was super friendly, highly courteous and took his time to check my teeth ,provide options and explained what he was doing in a clear and straightforward way.His experience , skillful evaluation & execution gave me a sense of confidence as the work progressed. He was very gentle, patient and offered suggestions for dental hygiene.

I wish I would have found Dr. Lee and his team (Carol and Mel) a long time ago. They are a fantastic team. Dr. Lee’ s work on my bridge is a life changer for me . My teeth look so natural and I have my smile back just like I did when I was younger. Mel and Dr.Lee work so well together I think they can read each other’s mind.

Dr. Lee is awesome, his office is very clean and professional and the staff is great. He's very thorough in going over treatment options and explaining what's going on with your dental health, and he stops and lets you explain your symptoms and issues you'd like to address. 10/10 recommend.

I am soo in love with Simply Dentistry! Amazing staff! Everyone was super friendly and the office is very nice and clean. They offer a charging station and WiFi while you wait. (And the wait time is not long at all) I am very nervous about going to the dentist but everyone made me very comfortable. Dr. Lee is a miracle worker and was so gentle. I didn’t feel the needles at all like I have before at other places. He was friendly and rather than trying to push a bunch of stuff on me, he wanted to concentrate on my main problems and worry about the rest later. I’m extremely happy I found them and am excited to get all my work that I need done with them! I already have another appointment scheduled. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lee and his staff are warm, friendly and welcoming people. They take great care to accommodate your special needs, and are gentle with their dental procedures. They also have highly advanced technology that they are well-trained to use for your benefit. I am very pleased with their excellent service and care.

Had a great first experience! Dr. Lee is extremely thorough and gentle. I don't think I've ever felt this relaxed during a dentist visit or unconcerned about getting nicked in the gum. The entire office staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

I love Simply Dentistry. Christina the hygienest is FABULOUS. She is professional, technically excellent and kind. Doctor Lee has been great too. He is also technically excellent, professional and friendly. The office is always clean and the staff is welcoming. I actually like going to the dentist! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Dustin Lee and his team at Simply Dentistry are quite “AMAZING’ ' They are a caring, friendly, efficient, communicative, detail-oriented team providing patients with outstanding dental care. I am so fortunate and thankful that I discovered them online, I first came in for dental care in January 2020, was referred by Dr Lee to another Amazing Dental Surgeon Dr Richardson for an Extraction and that experience at first had me filled with anxiety but afterwards I was amazed, Dr Lee Saw me again today 8/28/20 and I was filled with anxiety because I’m not comfortable with dentist who are non caring, but Dr Lee changed that for me today, He is so good, I didn’t even feel the numbing shot for he is very caring and

Dr. Lee came to the rescue when one of my crowns got loose right before a work trip. Not only did he stay open later to help me out but he was very thorough and informative, making sure I knew all my options and the situation before proceeding. Since then, I've been back one other time and have continued to be impressed. Dr. Lee and his staff are everything you'd want from a dentist visit: professional, friendly, gentle and really know what they're doing. I've been through quite a lot of dental issues and know my fair share of dentists and Dr. Lee creates a dental experience that, dare I say, is quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Lee and his staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. They always make sure I'm comfortable and feel able to ask questions at any time, even in the middle of cleanings or other procedures. They take the time before and afterwards to explain what's going on, show me my x-rays, and discuss proper home care. The front desk staff is also super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! I could go here for years and years.

My husband and I both followed Dr. Lee from his previous practice, and I recently had my first appointment at this new practice in San Bruno. Dr. Lee and his staff were professional, personable, and super accommodating, especially after I had to reschedule at the last minute due to illness. I also appreciate how straightforward Dr. Lee is about what are (and aren't) recommended procedures and practices for me, and that he takes the time to explain why. Highly recommended.
